Indicom guys, you suck!
The guys at the customer care are really rude! Their Welcome tunes service is a way of making fast money through us! I tried three times to activate the service and finally it got activated only after deducting more than a 100 rupees from my talktime. Then again they said first download and 15 days would be free but that too didn't happen. When I lodged a complaint, they just didn't do any thing about it! Indicom guys, U suck!

Caller tune was not been activated but currency has been cut from my balance and when i tried another time same result.

TATA Indicom is a scam!
I had booked for a tataindicom broadband connection. I had got in touch with the sales person and he visited my residence, as per procedure and collected all the necessary documents and i paid him 500/- as cash, 50/- as his charge!! Well i was promised the connection in 2 days, but its already 15 days now and still i have no clue whats the status of my connection. Well the sales guy whom i had contacted doesn't pick my call. I called up customer care to check about it, but they asked for application number. I stated the application no which was mentioned on the form, but they said its invalid and they cant help!!
Well my question Is TataI ndicom is aware about these sales guys, as that guy had a ID of the Co?? If so how can they say that they are responsible??
Well i have submitted documents also, i am not sure whom to approach!! But i would request others please don't trust the sales guys, they are more or less cheaters!! Please be careful before submitting your documents. Don't pay the deposit until and unless u get the connection!!

Stay away or get a headache!
never ever take Tata Indicom connection as it will work for only 20% of the time and rest of yr life will go in trying to make them listen to yr complaints and that will still have no effect as the connection will come up only upon it's natural cycle time.
They should be penalized for all the phone calls customers have had to make and the hassle caused.

No deposit return
I have asked TATA INDICOM to disconnect my connection, take back the instrument and give me back my deposit but have till date no response from these guys for collecting the instrument. Also the stupid IVRS does not give me any option to talk to a agent (human...).
Sad state because i regard the TATA group as the people who have done most to the country even above our freedom fighters.

Mental harassment and excess of money taken
I had handed over tata Phone no. 64518928 longback with full payment and company had taken back the instrument also but on 11.12.06 these people started harassing me on mobile that i have to reach police station Dwarka otherwise i will be put behind bars and my job will be snatched away. Again after every 5mts the person threatened me that police is reaching my house to arrest me. the person gave me a mob.no to talk to and that was of some Mr. Anuraag Puri who told me to make payment by 6.00p.m. or else my property will be arrested. I was so terrified as being a lady and my husband is working outside Delhi, i gave Rs.5218 cash as demanded by them. The person who came to collect was from Sharp detective & Recovery agency but as payment was taken from my 10 yr. old daughter, the invoice was having above No. already surrendered.

Unstoppable constant reminders of bill payments
I am having a connection of tata indicom wireless telephone and the staff of the company constantly keep reminding of the bill payment. first they call for whether we have received the bill then they start calling daily 3 -4 days before the due date which is very disturbing i think the authoriy should stop this i have even told them to charge extra if i don't make the payment on time but to stop calling but they don't stop their practice.

Ridiculous behavior of tata indicom service people!
This is tata indicom customer, staying at bangalore (contact no:09880037533) as per the details we took the connection on 27th oct of this year. At the initial the internet connection was good but on due course it showed lots of problems in connecting. I called tata indicom service people , gave a complaint, they came one day afternoon and checked it. On the same day at night the same problem i faced.But no body gave response to my complaint, and by seeing my number they stopped picking up the phone. This is not the way to behave with the customers.I got fed up off trying to those people and this is the final way to give a complaint i thought. If this message is seen by any responsible and sincere persons please take it seriously and treat a customer as it is. Otherwise please let me know and obey your irresponsibility as it is and kindly help me in disconnecting this connection. Then i will go for a better option.

New connection problems
My self Rajeev Aggarwal from chandigarh i am software engineer. I booked Tata walky around 20 days back with the promise that it will be installed in 2 days. Based on my request it is assured to me that before going for installation they will make call on my alternate number.
1) more than 4 days no installation was made.
2) after one week people when to my home and my landlord was not aware of my official name and told them there is no Rajeev Aggarwal putting up here.
3) after 15 days passed on information has been given to me. I regularly visit concerned dealer but there was no result.
4) finally i called the person who booked phone. he said he is not responsible person and gave me another number. Since i am given further number to number but no result. If needed i can show you my mobile bills along with all name and number.
5) At last i called concern person and he informed me that my request was negative and i will not get any connection.
6) Nobody is there to make at least one call to inform me. When they need customer they make as many call they want and now the concern person who assured me for result not even picking up my phone. where should i go...
is this the service Tata indicom is providing???
Please guide me smb, i am helpless...
