Harassment of customers!
As i am a existing customer of your esteemed company TATA indicom (Mobile). My numbers is 9216220672 & 9216120672. As today my both mobile no outgoing and incoming calls had been banned. As already i had deposited my previous bills before the due dates no dues had been pending from my side so why my mobile outgoing and incoming calls had been banned . I had called to customer care care they told me that you had exceeded the credit limit i m shocked because when i purchased the new connection my credit limit is Rs 7000 and now they had decreased my limit to Rs1800 without informing me the I had registered my complaint to the customer care after one hour your customer care executive (Gagan) called i requested him that i am on tour tomorrow i will be back i will deposit the bill and he promised me that he will start my mobile within two hour but nothing had been happened then after 3 hours i had spoken once again to your customer care they told me to deposit some amount when i reached to near by your hub in AMBALA they are unable to deposit the bill. After that i had called once again to customer care executive (Mr Sumit) now he told me to to deposit the whole bill. Why is that so. I had not received the bill for this month becoz the bill period is not completed. But I am suffering with your service. You are harassing the people.

So for this i had decided to discontinue the services of both my Mobile. I had not suffered till date when i am using the Airtel services.

Handset not working in roaming
I took tata connection on 14 oct 06 with national roaming plan from jodhpur Rajasthen. The very next day i moved to another state (DELHI) but my handset not working since that. I complained for that to tata hub in jodhpur, delhi & in noida also but they just said that roaming is activated from our server and can not help u any more.

I wish Tataindom go down and ultimately closed down
Hello, this is santosh and here i m using tataindicom mobile for last 5 months. Tataindicom is MadarChod number one company. whatever to say to this company is less, i never saw any other BASTARD mobile company.

here they are charging me even for giving miss call.whenever i try to give miss call to anyone, my recharge value reduced. i dont know what they did with my mobile. i m trying to contact sustomet care for last 15 days but i never ever get connected. every service is bad. neither network, nor service, customer care.

can TataIndicom repay me whatever i loss in giving miss call to people? MADARCHOD, if u cant provide god service then stop this company.

Making fool of customers!
In January i had take one mobile from Tata ( plan 0-1-2-3 ) which was valid for two years. Now all of sudden they had stop this card, now if we want to recharge our card which is essential then this card will be void. I think this is a cheating with customers they had advertise their scheme very largely by 2 famous film stars. I'd mailed them but not got any response. Let me know if any one can help me in this.

This bears the reference of our telephonic conversation regarding problems we are facing since, we opted for Tata Indicom.

We regret to inform you the services we were offered from Tata Indicom are not provided, which we have never expected. We opted initially for five connections, considering the international service reputation of TATAS & increasing the more number of connections. Your products were offered under schemes to us by Mr. Ibrar & Mr. Sanjay Chouhan is as follows: The C. U. G. on all our connection will be absolutely free; no charges have to be paid for C. U. G. All connections outgoing and incoming to each other will be absolutely free in U.P. & Uttaranchal except Ghaziabad – Noida on following No. 9219699650 – 51 –53 – 54 – 55 – 56, 9219599652. The Life Time Free Incoming & Outgoing calls from Walky # 6452251 to Mobile # 9219699651, Mobile # 9219699651 to Walky # 6452251 and Walky # 6452252 to Mobile # 9219599652, Mobile # 9219599652 to Walky # 6452252.

On Dated 19 – 08 – 06 we have given Check# 326881 for Rs.10294.00 in favor of M/S Varta Tele Ventures and Check# 326886 for Rs.2500.00 in favor of M/S T. T. S. L. We were assured that we will be getting all our connections activated the day our check clears and amount reaches to M/S Varta Tele Services. The amount reached in your dealers account within three working days.

Unfortunate parts start from this point, now nobody was giving proper reply of our calls, because we have not received anything from your end, neither Instruments nor any information about that. After eight working days the phones were delivered, which were not in working conditions.

After ten – eleven days few connections started working, but the services committed to us were not at all provided on our connections. On the assurance of the marketing staff that all these problems will be sort out and every thing in your bill will be rectified from next month, you pay the bill of September 06. We have paid the bill of September 06. On there assurance we have taken two more connections under the same scheme and we have given Check# 323243 for Rs.3000.00 in favor of M/S Varta Tele Ventures and Check# 323244 for Rs.1000.00 in favor of M/S T. T. S. L.

Unfortunately the services and features offered to us were neither provided to us nor any concrete answer was given, we have discussed and narrated our problems every where and every body. We brought our problems regularly in the kind notice of following persons with proper evidences and documents:

Mr. Ibrar [9219504585, 9359908956] said my job is over; I have sold the connections, now you discuss your problems in office. Mr. Alok [9719005636] said that I am new of just two months in this organization and not knowing the things so well. Mr. Shelly [9219538604] not attended our phone. Mr. Sanjay Chouhan [9219509698] not attend phones at all, by mistake he picked once our phone and said I am busy in meeting with my boss Mr. Vikas, discuss the matter later on. While we said give us your boss mobile number, he refused to provide that and even threatened that if you will complaint at any level you will be in trouble in future technically, nobody will help you out. Mr. Manish [9219509698] Zonal Head U.P. West not attended our phone.

After discussing the matter with you on 11 – 09 – 06, in evening we received the call from Mr. Kesar that all our problems shall be rectify within a day or two. But till today dated 22-10-2006 the services offered regarding CUG Charges and other charges are not rectified. All our connections are not even activated under single CUG scheme as it was taken. We have visited many times to your Moradabad office and requested for the bill correction and service correction. Unfortunately no action is being taken till 19–10–06. We have lodged our grievances at corporate office Tel. No. 022–666255555 on 11–09–06, 18–09–06 and 19–10–06. We have lodged our grievances at Tel. No. 121 on 05–10–06 Complaint No. 50782829 & 07–10–06 Complaint No. 50912973.

We were force to call you again to get a receipt of letter regarding our problems in your Moradabad office; no body was ready to accept the letter of complaint. As you instructed to Mr. Kapil to receive our said letter, Mr. Kapil has received the same after half an hour of your instructions. You can very well understand the way of functioning & importance of corporate office instructions.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter on priority, our October 06 bill is hammering us and we are facing mental harassment and agony from your organization. We are unable to understand whether we should continue your connection or surrender the same. Because while in initial phase we are facing these billing problems and there is no solution at all, in future we may have to appoint a person separately to look after your billing matter every month. If you fail to adjust our excess amount charged in our September & October 06 Bill with in next six working days, kindly return our total amount paid to M/S Varta Tele Services & M/S T.T.S.L. Services. We will be forced to take up the matter with TRAI, all expense occur in processing the matter.

Fraud and cheating customer service!
I have purchased this mobile under scheme of two year out going free to any tata to tata mobile, but my free outgoing facility has been bared with in 4 months of purchased and no body is giving me right answer why this scheme has been stopped to my mobile. I contacted customer care and dealer also but they are unable to make me satisfy. Definitely tata is not a cheater but his company is a cheater who can make us fool... But not for a long time it will go out of range with in some years... Cheater can not live for a long time in market...

Low speed of internet
I am using Tata internet connection till 6 months at veraval somnath.I have a fish exporting co. My totally business is overseas company related so my totally business is done via internet. but there is a problem with the internet speed, i cant open a single page.i have to wait for a long time to open a single page. what is this.i cant believe that such a big co. like tata cant solve this problem. i have submitted a lot of emails to the region office of tata. but still i face the same problem.
i think they dont eager to keep business ahead, & i think they will succeed in their aim.

Three phone replacements and still don't work properly
I have taken a tata indicom landline connection last Thursday and my phone went bad the same day. I have called the customer service, informed that the phone is bad and the phone was replaced the next day. Later that day evening I found that the device they replaced was giving me problems and I called the tata indicom support the next day. They again replaced the phone the next day as I was really upset about this. To my surprise I again find that the phone they replaced is not working today. Three replacements in less than one week and the third one also not working. I asked them to replace with a different tytpe of a phone for which they said it is not possible.

Fake claims about dial up internet
Iam using Tata Indicom postpaid walky for one month from DHANBAD (JHARKHAND).Tata claims that It has a speed of 115.2kbps but its totally fake and whenever I connect to internet I got average speed of 3 to 5 kbps its highest.
I want to appeal to TRAI to plzz look after these claims as why companies make fake claims to increase their customers and no any governing body is look after these fake claims.It is a serious problem , the time has come that government should look after these fake claims. Strict rules have been made to ban the companies and their services as a result of fake claim.I hope Tata or any governing telecom service will seriously look after this matter. Or I will make complain about Tata indicom dial up services to CONSUMER FORUM DHANBAD
