Outgoing Barred Without any prior notice
My Outgoing Services are barred without any prior notice. This has happened four times with me in last 1 years. Also, check the record of payment in last one year from me, I have never been a defaulter. Even, today I have made a payment at 14:07 receipt number#18674419 but still after 3 hours my services are not started. I have called 121 at 15:45, they told me within 15 minutes my service will get started but now this has been more then an hour and no response. Kindly treat this as high priority if you are even 10% focussed for customer service. I am frusted from the service provided by Tata Indicom Teleservices.

I aman garg the user & owner of above Mobile No. 9211821291. I had Lost my mobile Phone 1 month back. & purchased the new sim Card for the no. from M/s. Kaushik Telecom, Pehlad Pur Banger, Delhi-110042, for a sum of money I have handed over to him 1. Police Complaint, 2. Photocopy of Driving Licence issued by Authority, 3. 1 Photogarph of mine. but i don't know by what mistake/confusion/intention he issued to me a Sim Card but by Logging into the tata indicom portal i came to know that t was on some other persons name & address. So I again handedover Photocopyof Driving Licence & 1 Photo atM/s. Kaushik Telecom, Pehlad Pur Banger, Delhi-110042 to get my No. on my name but no initiative has been made. i request you to take the matter & oblidge

MSG PROBLEM
MY NO IS 9214591111 & USING SAME FOR LAST 3 YEARS. I REGISTERED THE COMPLAIN TWICE IN LAST 4 DAYS WITH COMPLAINT NO. PTC0716408317. THE COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED WITHOUT CONFIRMING ME. MY PROBLEM WAS WHILE SENDING 10 MSGS 8 MSGS FAILS & REST 2 SENT. ITS ALMOST 6 DAYS I DIDNT GET ANY RESOLUTION.. EXCEPT DISCONNECTING THE NO.

Rude behaviour of Tata Indicom staff
Sir,

Many time I recieved calls from your department regarding finding my address by courier service people.In response to that, today (21-01-10) I made a call to 121 at 5:59 pm and suggested them some corrections in my address to make it easily searchable.In response to my this request I recieved a telephone call of some Mr Rahul of Tata Indicom(01726601101) at 6:05pm to 6:08pm dated 21-01-10 to suggest him some corrections in my address like Delhi-110054 instead of New Delhi-110054, which was recorded in your record by your staff's mistake and also to mention that my residence is inside (THE MALL APARTMENTS) society which is quite famous in our area to help courier people to find my house conviniently.To which above mentioned Mr Rahul replied very arrogantly and rudely that it cannot be done without proof.When I told him it is a very simple correction which can be done on telephone request.The fellow replied in the negative, very rudely.Whwn I told him if you people won't corporate and will behave like this then I shall be compelled to shift to some other telecom company to which he replied we don't care if you shift to the other company.just dial 121 for this.

POOR SERVICE
I am so frustrated with this company right now.
I had this Tata broadband connection always had a problem with the billing.And now as I've terminated the service they've miss-pelt my name on the check they've issued which is about a Rs1000 chg.Its been more than 3 three months and they still have not corrected my name.I suggest everyone think a hundred times before you give them your business.

Not got connection after 2 weeks
I have applied for TATA INDICOM BROADBAND PLAN (In 3009 Rs. 3 Months Unlimited) on 5-DEC-2009 at Shivajinagar office, Pune. On
15-DEC-2009 I got call from TATA INDICOM that the photo on your Identification proof is not visible so please submit any other Identification proof. So on the same day I submitted my Passport Xerox as identity proof and the TATA INDICOM executive told me that you will get your connection in 48 hrs(i.e. 18-DEC-09). But after 48 hrs I didn’t received any call from executive for connection. Last Saturday(19-DEC-09) I called more than 20 times TATA INDICOM executive on his phone but he didn’t respond to me. Only once he replied me and told me that I’ll check and let you know in 10 mins. but after an hour when I didn’t received call I call him again. After 10-15 attempt of calling him he picked up the call and started telling me that “Sir this is not the way of calling me if I am not receiving you call that means I m busy. You should not call me again and again”.

Now it’s almost 2 weeks completed but I didn’t get any call for Connection.

not responding the client
I hv taken the prepaid card no 9286895743 since last week I m fadeup with this some time the msg coming this facility is not available on ur phone & some time msg coming to caller that this phone is not more in service or the phone is out of coverege area ????? what is this all things that i dont no pl soleve this problem urgently or I will throw out this phone & put a claim of harresment ot us...
I m already using my post paid Gujarat no which is 9227260341 in this also some one is calling me they r getting the msg the phone is not in coverage Area or phone is switch off ??? I hv never switch off my phone this complain I hv log before this while four to five time to 121 but there is no reply...
Hope this time u will solve this both problem ?????

This is a complaing regarding tata indicom the poor service provider I have a postpaid connection from past 3 years and first 4 months i received my bill but after that I have not received the bill I always have to ask for a duplicate copy of bill and also that comes after due date and every time they add 75 rs penalty for late payment i have made complaint regarding that atleast 100 times but nothing happen every time I only get an assurance that next time I will receive the bill But nothing I am getting tired with that so I have only option that i should go to Consumer court with that can some one help me about that procedure???<br />
