Sir / Madam,

This is in reference to my complaints dated 2 – Feb -2010 and 14 – March -2010 with TaTa Indicom & TATA Croma I am Bhavuk sahni R/O 1 – Ram Kishore Road civil Lines is forwarding you this written complaint as I am using TATA INDICOM Photon + connection No 9212086258 A/C Number – 906476557 hereby mention the facts & circumstances as under & it is to bring to your notice very very strongly that on 10 – 4 -2010 at 9.32 AM a mail was sent at my e mail id [email protected] to deposit Rs.418 as interim payment being a law abiding & peace loving citizen of the country I abided by the same and I deposited Rs.500 Transaction Reference Number MCIT0043084411 and Transaction Date:10-04-2010 & time 12:59:25 hrs the payment was deposited through my credit card online.

On 11 – April -2010 at 11.53 AM another Mail Was sent to me at e mail id [email protected] to deposit Rs. 252 as interim Payment again being a law abiding & peace loving citizen of the country I abided by the same and I deposited Rs. 252 as interim payment Transaction Reference Number:MCIT0043207301 and Transaction Date: 11-04-2010 and time 12:36:12 hrs the payment was deposited through my credit card online.

On 13 April 2010 when I tried to connect photon + it was not working & multiple errors were there So I called the customer service number of Tata Indicom at 1800266121 and the executive at customer care started guiding me to configure the connection through hardware in control panel later he revealed that the connection has been barred from there end today on 14 April 2010 when I checked my e mail A/C I came to know that one more e mail was sent on 13 – April – 2010 at 9.28 AM where TaTa has demanded Rs. 731 as interim payment it is really unfortunate & shocking that on day to day basis one has to pay as the usage is more being a professional I instructed as well as requested in writing as I have sent two e mails on 10- April -2010 at 6.24 Pm and 6.26 PM to [email protected] where I have mentioned to change my tariff plan to PHOTON + 2 GB from the existing time based plan with immediate effect and on 10 – April -2010 only at 10.12 PM I received a mail from Tata indicom confirming that by 12 – April -2010 it will be done whereas with malafide intentions Tata has not done that & disconnected the number / connection without any notice the act of Tata Indicom has caused huge losses to me, harassment, mental agony & a great insult to a innocent customer the number is disconnected till date (14-April 2010 ) as this is a clear cut case of harassement & conducting illegal act amount to cheating, Deffeciency of services and violation of certain guidelines of TRAI, mental agony, insult to the consumer as the same happened with me on previous occasions when I wrote to TATA Indicom on 2 –Feb-2010 & 14 – March -2010 . It is crystal clear that by using such tactis and force TATA indicom wants to extract huge amounts from customers

Corrupted device
Hi,

Since the day I purchased CE 100 CDMA model of TATA PHOTON PLUS, I am not able to use it. It is not working on any laptop.

Now when i showed it to the TATA INDICOM agents, they are saying that the device is corrupted.
They agreed to change but they are trying to give me the same model which I do not want.

I want EC 1260 or EC 1261 but they are refusing to exchange also now.

Please look into the matter as I have been harrased by these people alot.

long delay
I have a tata indicom photon plus Account number 906205704
Tata Indicom number 9278736832

On Jan 31, they asked me by sms to pay 2155 rupees as interim payment
and disconnected the numbner

on feb 1, i made the payment thru SBI internet banking on 9.55 AM

tata indicom website immediately recognized it and sent me a online reciept whose referrence number MSBI0021647229.


Even after 3 hour of payment, my number is still not active.


My question is, when i paid the amount through internet banking and tata indicom website immediately acknowledged it, then how it takes more than 3 hours and then even internet is not activated ??

I talked with with customer care - ref nr - 207861367,
the lady on the phone was talking like nonsense.
she said that the payment was not received.
when i quoted the payment transaction number, she could bot reply anything

INADEQUATE INFORMATION WHILE BILLING
BY UTILISING THE GENTLEMAN IMAGE OF TATA, TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS STARTED CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY SENDING WRONG BILLING INFORMATION IT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FOOLS AND WHO ONE WANT TO BECOME A FOOL CAN TAKE THIS CONNECTION
I TAKEN 750 PER MONTH 3600 MIN FREE PLAN AND I UTILISED ONLY FOR 60 HOURS. BUT I GOT THE BILL THAT SHOWS THE BILLING AMOUNT RS.500 ETC., THAN MY UTILISED AMOUNT

INFORMATION ON HOW THEY ARE CHEATING (EVEN CHILD KNOW HOW MUCH IMPORTANT THESE DETAILS ARE FOR BILLING)

1. IN BILL YOU WILL NOT FIND TOTAL HOURS UTILISATION

2. THERE IS NO DATA ON DAILY USAGE EITHER IN BYTES OR TIME

3. YOU FIND ONE DETAIL i.e HSIA USAGE READING IN UNITS (ISIN'T AMAZING! THE UNIT ITSELF IS UNITS) OTHERWISE THE UNIT FOR THIS READING YET TO BE DISCOVERED

4. YOU CANNOT WRITE YOUR COMPLAINTS ON THEIR FORUMS YOU WILL GET ACTIVATION CODE IN YOUR E-MAIL BUT IT WILL NOT WORK.

5. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MAX. SPEED MENTION IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. (IN MY CASE MAX SPEED IS 100KB ONLY)

6. THE SOFTWARE IN YOUR COMPUTER DOES NOT GIVE CORRECT DETAILS OF UTILISED AMOUNT OR TIME ETC.,

7. THE SOFTWARE WORKS IN ADMIN ACCOUNT ONLY

8.ONE CAN ENCOUNTER FREQUENT DISCONNECTION WHILE USING THIS SERVICE


IF ANYBODY WANT TO ACCEPT ALL THIS NONSENSE OR YOUR USAGE IS THAT MUCH IMPORTANT SO THESE THINGS DOES NOT MATTER THEN THEY CAN GO FOR THIS CONNECTION

Cheat, Fake, worst customer service
Cheat, fake and worst customer service I have ever received in case of Internet Connection. Airtel is the best here I think.

I gave me a bill of Rs. 11000/- even though I have used only 1 GB of my Allowed 10 GB plan. I called up the customer care but nobody has the answer. The local Customer Service Center in Kumaraswamy Layout knows nothing and said they cannot do anything. They even did not pick up my call.

NEVER EVER TAKE A PHOTON PLUS CONNECTION. I now think, Reliance is far better in comparison.

Tata indicom fooling customers
Hi,

My name is sagar ramgade, i ve taken tata indicom photon plus after 1 month they installed it at my palce. I have taken a plan of Hsia get started 400 plan monthly rental of Rs 400 and a night unlimited pack rental Rs 199. In Get started plan i am allowed to use 150 Mb and night unlimited in which i can use upto 10 GB. But in a month they deactivate my line 2-3 times stating that i ve crossed my credit limit of Rs1000. I didn't understand if they are providing add on pack of 10 Gb, they should ve proper tracking system for customers data usage during a day and a night. What tata indicom follow, they calculate your daily data usage and charge you Rs 2 /Mb and deactivate the line stating that credit limit exceeded. I don't understand why they provide add on pack of Rs200 of upto 10 GB data usage, if they don't allow a customer to use more than Rs 1000 unbilled amount that means not more than 500 Mb. In my the billing cycle is 19 of every month, and my line has been deactivated. So i ve to wait till 19th august in order to prove them it was used during night else they are asking rs 20000 in order to use 10 GB during night. I ve to pay monthly rental without using it. These hidden policies are never exposed by marketting executives while they are selling these products. I strongly wanted to expose this hidden policies of tata indicom. Please i want to take a legal against them i need help of consumer court in order to execute this actions so any customer will not suffer like me.
