Sub: Complaint against Mr. Gurung, Gangtok Branch Tata Indicom Office on 6/01/2011 through Tata Indicom Portal
Sir,
The undersigned got a call on 18th Nov, 2010 for payment of Tata Indicom from the No.03592655008. At that Time I have informed that I would like to discontinue the service of this plug to service and the customer care agrees on it.
To day I got a call from the same telephone number for payment for the month of Jan2011. As I told them that the request for deactivation has already given, the Customer relation manager Mr. Gurung has behave so rudely and threaten me to kill and he used so nasty language which is beyond my imagination.
Does Tata Group of company employ such in human being who does not know how to speak and deal with customer.
Please take necessary action against Mr. Gurung and he should sent an apology letter to the undersigned. I had paid all my bills in due time however Mr. Gurung alleged that his record shows that I have not paid for last six months. Is it the way to harass customer and threatened to kill the customer. I do not know what is his vested interest in collection of such payment??
As per the undersigned, dealing with Customer should be recorded for necessary action against such officer.
Hope for necessary action against MR. Gurung and deactivation of my account .
