Billing discrepancy
My tata Indicom postpaid mobile number is 9212022937, i am using this number from last four years, and have to come out of state for some reasons so i have changed my plan to Roaming plan, and i have got 2000 minutes incoming free and 300 rupees free for outgoing local & std and i have called only around 250 rupees which is in the limit, now customer care executive says that these free amount is not use in roaming but they didn't tell me this thing before & this is very funny that Tata Indicom provide a roaming plan but we cant use the facilites in Roaming. Please do something from this regard.

Debarring of services
I came on transfer to Delhi nearly 20 days back. I have taken Tata postpaid connection. I have taken the address proof from office and submitted to them. I have told them that I won't be available at house during day time 9am to 6pm. For one week no body called me for verification and they debarred my services. By that time I have shifted to a different house. And when I approached them, they have told me I have to go to Connaught place for change of address. I went there with great difficulty as I am new this place and submitted the proofs with a fine of Rs100/- and change of number. My phone got activated after two days and worked for one day and after that again the service was de barred for want of address verification. I got calls from address verification persons 2 to 3 times, but nobody turned up at the house and no one crosschecked the address. Simply, they are not bothered to travel a distance and at odd times. Time and again I have told them that I won't be available at home during day time. Even customer care and Tata indicom offices, no body is trying to assist. The service is pathetic and distressing(my mobile no.9212368229, not yet activated)

Misguided by customer care
I have two connections of Tata Indicom,on one of which roaming was totally free earlier and calling between those two mobiles was also totally free.Now that scheme has ended on 29th Mar 07,but when I called one of the customer care executives named PRATAP in mid April,he told me that my scheme is still under grace period and will continue till 29th April 07 due to which I continued using that sim and now my April bill has been generated as Rs. 6935/-.due to the wrong information given by that customer care executive.
