My Father had recently taken a new Tata Indicom connection (Prepaid, Hyderabad) and its was confirmed by the dealer and the customer care that the roaming is pre-activated.
But then we went to Mumbai he realized that the roaming was not activated. When he contacted the local customer care in Mumbai they said the problem is from Hyderabad. And when i contacted the local customer care here in Hyderbad they say there is no problem from here and the problem is from Mumbai's side.
Despite giving the complaints at customer care(call center),their main office in Hyd, local office in Mumbai the problem hasn't been resolved till date.
Worst part is the people are not able to give a solution to the problem.
