I had Tata Indicom Quick Power 150 internet services installed on 27.06.2008 at a cost of Rs. 3925.00. Initially I was impressed with the prompt installation by the Marketing Department. However, I was in for a very rude shock since thereafter I found that I could not access internet usage because the Server was continually down. It's been over a month and a half and the situation continues to remain the same. I have not been able to use the internet for even half an hour. Initially the engineers would at least answer the phone but now each one's mobiles are switched off and there is no response. I feel completely cheated since the sum paid is not a small amount. I would be greatly obliged if the Complaints Board took some serious and genuine action so other clients are not duped in the same fashion.
