Instrument not replace
Dear Sir,
I have a Tata indicom Walky prepaid No. 0141 6524121since services start in Jaipur at the cost of Rs.3500/.
My problem is this my phone instrument does not have battery backup after replace battery two time now I want to change my phone instrument.
Tata indicom deposit Rs.1000/ as security money for my phone means instrument is the property of Tata indicom and Tata indicom should replace my instrument without any cost.
Today I visit Tata indicom office
Tata Teleservices Ltd
Guman-I, Amrapali Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur – 302021
gentleman sited on the reception said to me for the change of instrument you have to pay Rs.1300/ how ever for new connection you pay Rs.1000/.
It shows that Tata indicom unnecessarily enjoy my Rs.1000/ free of interest and for new prepaid connection no security money is required.
I requested to you pl arrange to replace my phone instrument earliest possible without any charge or send back my security money than I will pay the money for instrument change.

Free 2 Year Connection But Billed amount 317
My tata indicom phone (walky) I am using it from near 10 months and it has for 2 year free rental plan, But now they have billed rupees 317 without any outgoing calls and usase. After making a call to customer care they told me some add ons services was active so u got this bill. But till now I had never resuted any add on service to my number.
I will never use and recommend for any tata indicom phone connection. Its a bad provider and they are activating and charging for services which user even do not know.

cancellation of Telephone number 040-64553148
Hello,
I hereby want to enlighten you that we have registered a complaint on disconnection of our instrument bearing number 040-64553148. We have registered this complaint more than 3 times. Every time we register this it will be a new complaint and everytime they say that their people will come to our home and collect the instrument. Its been months now, nobody are here to collect. But the bill is regular.
I request the concerned officers to look into this matter, because this can influence TATA's performance.

Auto deduct of due to caller tunes set automatically without a will
I was never interested in caller tunes, but indicom is very big fraud company to earn money by putting caller tunes on automatically and deduction Rs 20 every month for that. I have complained against this many times but every time i get the same reply that i need to send sms to deactivate that caller tune, i did that too but again next month a new caller tune set again and my money keeps on deducting. I am fed up with keep on complaining. Even call center people also knows they are doing fraud thing, so they dont solve the problem, they just keep saying same thing and disconnect the call. Why indian law doesnot close such fraud companies. Please suggest me what can i do to claim my all money back from indicom or what can be done so that inidcom doesnot sustain in future and wont make fool to other people.

No refund of security amount
I had booked a tata walky with the above dealers and I was promised a set of LG 350 T and provided a refurbished set of zest tech. Which I surrendered and now I have been demanding back my security amount of Rs. 1061 and they are providing me only Rs.279. What a fraud.

No refund of money
I had booked a LG 350T set from TATA INDICOM dealers in civil lines Bareilly in May2007 against which they provided me a refurbished set manufactured by Zest technologies which was not internet compatible and I surrendered the same. Now since 2007 I have been demanding back my money but there has been no response!

Non-refund of security deposit!
My mother-in-law was expired on 07/12/2007. She lived alone, so there is no need of phone after her death. My wife surrendered the tata indicom walky on 10/12/2007 at Tata Teleservices Ltd Showroom, Royapettah, Chennai. Whereas her account no. was 202839584 and the telephone no. was 044-65636989. Now two months has passed away, they have not yet taken back the telephone instrument and also not refund the security deposit of Rs. 1000/-to me. Myself & my wife directly gone to Tata Indicom Office two times & gave complaint. They told us to clear the last month outstanding. So we paid the amount. But still date they have not taken any action in this matter.
Tata is a big cheater & their service is very very poor!

not able get proper response
hi sir
i being the old customer am not know satisfied with ur service provided. i had been making complaint since last 20 days regarding not being able to get incoming calls to ur customer care. being though assuring me for the best possible arrangement to sort out my problem but not yet any solution till today had been.
either make a solution for the poor services provided,or give me method of disconnecting my walky.
on the other as it was ur unability to sort the problem and on my side being facing lots problem.being i sincere customer i am not going to whole duration bill till the day it has been solve,from the very first day the coplaint i had made.

Deactivated connection for no reason!
Few months back I took tata indicom walky in hyderabad. They gave a old phone with number number 64576208. This number works for maximum 10 days in a month that too after contacting 10 times to their customer care. Since the beginning TATA Indicom is eating my money. They are charging me for no services. I am paying all my bills with TATA indicom before time with their useless charges for no services. They keep on disconnecting my phone. I am not even able to call their waste customer care services. Some how I contacted the customer care and they gave me address of a closed office of TATA indicom. I have no option.
This is completely a cheating company!!!

Very poor services!
I'm an tata customer since last 6 months we are using this walky. The time of purchase tata executives were behind our life for buying their connection. With lots of promises but after that they didn't showed us a good responses. After having faith on them we disconnected our 4 bsnl connection any got connected to them. Out of which 2 r office no which we need a lot any 2 are res no. Since the beginning of the day we are launching complaint 4 battery prob and after 6 month they showed us a response and changed our battery but still the battery is not working properly.
