Signed up for this connection around a months back.These are the woes ;
1. Connection was applied for Ravi Kumars name and it happened in another name ! Took 4-5 days to fix.
2. On July 7th the connection finally became active.But then till date, have logged 5 complaints and maybe double the number of followups and wasted phone bills .
3. The connection being for a 2 MBPS Prepaid Broadband Connection- Paid 6 months fees upfront ( Rs. 3500) has absolutely no stability.Keeps comeing and going.The most unfortunate part is that its Server/Technical problem not likely due to Installations or cabling.
What kind of Service can Tata/VSNL expect to provide and yet do business. I want this fixed immediately and also want a compensation for the Mental Trauma and for not being able to use what I have paid for !
You know what, I was offered an extension of above 6 months ofr the downtime- but with this service- I wont last that long ! I want to use the service.
Absolutely no idea of customer service and do not want to fix the issue!
