Sirs Sub: Dicor engine repeated recurring engine noice and rubbing noise
ever since from 6000 Kms / complaint regarding
bell and rubbing noise again and again admitted
7 nth time / REQUEST ENGINE TO BE CHANGED with in 10 days
AS ASSURED, clutch and milege variation to be attended to
Ref: Dicor engine Indigo TN 24U 7124 and our various complaint mails and my telecom with the Tata Motors Executives and True sai motors executives. Complaint Reference No: 1-7087317791.
I again in this mail once again reaffirm that I Tr.D.G.Rajkmar. is a record holder and most of the time my father Tr. M.A.Dhanaraj.B.A., Dy, Supdt. of Police, ( Rtd), aged 70, a Galantry award winner using the above said vehicle for all purposes including going to the hospital frequently for check up etc.
Pl. go through my complaint mail addressed to one all including to Mr. Vasu - Gm, True Sai Motors brought to the Tata motor’s notice about the frequent occurring again and again ( between this 1 year period ) of the Bell noise and the rubbing noise of the engine apart from the variation of the mileage etc.
My father, a senior retired police officer put in more than 35 years dedicated yeomen service, and retired as Dy.Supdt. of Police, a Galantry award winner, is COMPETENT ENOUGH and WELL VERSED to find out the Bell noise, and the rubbing noise in the engine prevailing inspite of attending on the vehicle by your team, repeatedly again and again admitted for the same complaints. This is the 7nth time, and this noise is continuously prevailing ever since from 6000 Kms, and You and your staff are fully aware of it. This is apart from the clutch and the variation of the milege, etc.
I once again bring it to to your notice that it is the 7 nth time sent and admitted on 7/12/09 with a written report dt 7/12/09 for the same engine bell and rubbing noise, etc.I have also over phone informed Tr.Ravikumar, customer support manger, True Sai Motors and Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy, Tata Motors Chenai in this regard.
Please place your position as a customer and view magnanimously, the tolerence so for upto this 7 nth time ever since from 6000 Kms.
I AM UNABLE TO COMPROMISE THE BELL and RUBBING ENGINE NOISE OCCURRING VERY FREQUENTLY, now and then coming and admitting the vehicle in the routine manner, taking the delivery, etc. and one could understand how ordeals we underwent the sufferings physically, mentally and financially. Please go through the Date of admissions, each time and the date of delivery till the last 6 th time, which will prove how hard we suffered with out the vehicle, and how the Engine had given the strain on several occasions repeated, and the noise recurring after running few miles repeatedly.
Now in this7 nth time it was admitted for the same repeated recurring bell noise on 7/12/09, and No purpose will be served after doing heavy strain to the new engine ever since from 6000 Kms.
Repeatedly for arresting the noise of the engine, a research was made on the vehicle and what is the benefit of keeping such engine which gives the very same noise, and it IS HIGH TIME THAT THE ENGINE TO be CHANGED as assured by Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy, Mr. Jai prakesh, Tata Motor and also Mr. Vasu, GM True Sai Motors, during the 5th time admission on sept’09. I requested M/s. Tata Motors not to use my vehicle as a R & D Engine. Instead doing Research in My Engine with My cost, My time and my pleasure please direct your sub ordinates to take the engine to Tata motors R & D Centre.
In the mail sent by Vijakuamar, works manager on Wedeness day Aug. 26, 2009, 10.02 AM to one Kannan, copy marked to his General Manager, Hosur IT IS CLEARLY STATED THAT THE SAME COMPLAINT HAD RAISED TWICE on this TATA Dicor engine Vehicle . This itself proves that it has recurrences and your staff are ONLY standing proof.
Again Mr.Ramachandra vasu, GENERAL MANAGER, True Sai Motors gave Mail to Reddy V.K, Divisional Manager ( customer Support) Mumbai PVBC, Chennai. also to c, .c to Tata motors stating that TAKEN A TEST DRIVE, OF THE CUSTOMER VEHICLE WHERE THE BELL NOISE IS MORE AND EVEN WE FEEL ENGINE HAVING THE RUBBING NOISE ALSO AND PICK UP IS LESS. In his mail he further narrated that " THEY HAD A TEST DRIVE OF ONE MORE DICOR VEHICLE COVERED THE SAME Kms AND THAT VEHICLE not( repeat NOT) HAVING THE NOISE. This is a clear yardstick that the engine of mine is recurring the noise even after attending on the engine.
In this manner I can site number of such remarks made by the Tata team alone accepting the recurring noise even after attending on the engine. Pl. go through carefully all the mails addressed to each of you and to me WHICH WILL PROVE YOUR OWN COMMITMENTS FAVOURING THE RECURRING ENGINE NOISE VERY FREQUENTLY.
Please take note that I specifically informed to you one and all that if the same recurrence takes place, I got the assurance that the engine to be replaced. Only on the assurance we took delivery of the vehicle even though we have not satisfied, and in the Job card stated that Not satisfied. Pl. go through the Job card during the September ‘ 09
NO NEED OF ANY TEST DRIVE, since the noise is creeping again and again recurring after some time, and this continues ever since from 6000 Kms and this is the 7 nth time admitted ( with in one year) AND THAT INCLUDING THE GENRAL MANAGER OF TRUE SAI ADMITTED THE NOISE OF THE ENGINE RECURRING, AGAIN AND AGAIN VERY FREQUENTLY. Even you rectify the noise it will affect the mileage or the performance of the engine. Last Month ie on Nov ’09 You have absorbed my vehicle unable to climb a small hill which was the side effect if you rectify my car. Then you trying to increase the pick up the engine then bell Noise & rubbing noise recurring. Please put a end to it.
I would like to emphasis only TO CHANGE THE ENGINE as assured by you already and I hope the CUSTOMER, S CARE will be given priority at this hour of need and looked into WITH IN 10 DAYS. .
Please Note M/s. Tata Motors customer care Exective are Playing trick with me which is not at all acceptable. With in 1 year following are the list of Executives attended my problem
1. Mr. saifeeq - 1 & 2 time
2. Mr. Nickil Thomas - 3 & 4 time
3. Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy & Mr. Vasu – GM,
Mr. Jai Prakash - 5 th time during sept ‘ 09.
4. Mr. Raghu Ram – 6th & 7 th time since last month.
This kind of changing executive frequently and which is only a clear case of diluting the problem of the customer. Every time new executive will appear and will give me new dimension of R & D work will take place.
I Place M/s. True Sai Motors, Hosur and M/s. Tata Motors fully responsible for all the problem faced by me. Because they have not shown any interest in solving the problem. They are very good in selling but not to address the customer problem. Their careless method of seeing the problem is between the customer and Tata Motors which was proved beyond the doubt in my mind. If at all any body has to blamed for my sufferings I will place on record M/s. True Sai Motors and M/s. Tata Motors .
Any delay caused only will cause inconvenience since I have engaged a vehicle for hire. for my father’s frequenting to the hospital since 7/12/09 and I request you to kindly understand the PLIGHT, MENTAL agony, physical strain of the man aged above 70 years of y father apart from myself. My father says that he is the worst sufferer ever since from the mileage 6000 Kms. .
Pl. TAKE NOTE THAT WITH IN 10 DAYS ENGINE TO BE CHANGED and make the mental, physical and financial strain of the customer subsided.
