WE HAVE BROUGHT OUR CAR FROM TAYAL MOTORS, FARIDABAD ON DEC 31, 2008.

SINCE THEN WE ARE GOING REGULAR FOR SERVICES TO THE SAME DEALER AND WE ARE DISSAPOINTED WITH HE KIND OF SERVICE WE ARE GIVEN, THE ILL TREATMENT, THE NON-USER FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR AARE A FEW THINGS TO MENTION.

OUR CAR IS STOPPING AGAIN AND AGAIN, AFTER THE LATEST SERVICE AND WHEN WE CALLED THE DEALER, THEY RESPONDED BACK VERY BADLY.

WE BOUGHT OUR DREAM CAR, BECAUSE OF TRUST WE HAD IN TATA BUT THE TREATMENT AND SERVICES HAVE DEFINATELY CHANGED OUR MIND ABOUT TATA.

NO ONE IS THERE TO LISTEN TO THE PROBLEMS OF CUSTOMERS, THE ONLY CONCERN IS MAKING MONEY.


MAJOR PROBLEM IN CAR

* From day 1, we are complaining about the non working of heater, which the dealer says is company's default manufacture.
* the car stops again and again .
* wheel balancing has been a major problem, which after paying extra amount to the dealer, they never did properly
* the clutch is very hard and after repeated attempt of telling the dealer, I get it corrected from outside.


THE ILL TREATMENT

* customers are made to wait endlessly for hearing any complaints.
* the unorganized handling of problem
* no single person for answering queries /problems
* at the time of receiving car, they says that any errors or corrections will be done in next service.
* they repeatedly claim that the defect is in manufacture of the car from company, so they cant fix it.


Brand Like TATA would dissapoint us, was never expected .

NO PARTS AVAILABLE AT SERVICE CENTRE
I OWN A TATA INDIGO. ONE DAY WHEN I STARTED THE CAR RADIATOR AND A.C. CONDENSOR FAN STARTED SIMULTANEUSLY AND THE CAR TEMP WAS NOT HIGH. I TOOK THE CAR TO TATA SERVICE CENTRE IB MOTORS JAMNAGAR THEY DIAGNOSED THE FAULT AND SAID THAT THE ECU OF THE CAR WAS FAULTY I SAID THEM TO REPLACE IT THEY ORDERED IT TO TATA MOTORS AFTER 15 DAYS THE PART ARRIVES AND THE SERVICE ENGINEER SAYS THAT IT IS THE PART OF THE TATA SUMO AND I AM FEELING VERY INCONVINIENT BECAUSE MY CAR IS AT THE SERVICE CENTRE SINCE 1 MONTH
IS THIS THE SERVICE OF TATA MOTORS WHO CANT SEND A PART IN 1 MONTH DURATION

Faulty vehicle
Faulty vehicle and no aftersales service.The list of faults include

1. Fuel gauge and fuel float faulty.
2. Faulty gear-box.
3. Rust on boot.
4. SRS light coming on.
5. Car not starting and unsafe.
