For the last 15 days, I have noticed a problem in my car KA 01 MC 5591 which is of 2007 model and the complaint is - WHITE SMOKE AND RATTLING NOISE WHEN RESTARTING AFTER RUNNING 100 PLUS km AND STARTING NOISE IN THE MORNING.
I wanted to recify the above problem and whenever I calles Prerna motors - Hosur Road, Banaglore they simply refuse to accept the vehicle stating the dates are filled and to contact then after 5 -6 days..!!! . Finally when I could not manage the problem on 18th Oct 2010 I had to complain to Mr Prakash the mechanic who suggested to bring the car and show the problem to service centre. On 19 th OCT 2010 morning I brought the car to service centre and surprisingly everybodys is busy without attending me for nearly 30 minutes . I had to literally shout if any body is not attending I shall go back. Further they assured and sent one Mr Joseph to attend the case after 10 minutes and he was explained the problem. He suggested that I had to leave the vehicle for one full day and night for repairing and to observe the same.
I left the car on 20th morning and after 36 hours on 21st Oct evening I took delivery after paying nearly Rs 3600 plus stating deisel nozzle is injection has been rectified . But to my surprise agian the next day morning 22nd Morning the same problem persisted and I had to complain again and I have left my car on 22nd morning where was assured that they will attend the car for the whole day and keep it for obseravtion whole night and test under cooling condition and let me knwo the status on 23rd morning.
Today morning on 23rd Oct when I called Prerna Motors on 9845500033 / 9686447040 both the CSE and Mr Manjunath started replying very vaguely stating whenever the car is ready only we will give.I was asked to wait on line for nearly 15 to 20 minutes and finally saying they will call back. I made nearly 10 calls and evry time they avoided my calls . Finally when I said I will complain TATA motors poona one Ms Latha came on line and assured she will let me know the status by half an hour at 11am today. But till now she never called me back and I do not know the status of my car.
Now I am really disturbed and I am afraid whether I have handed the car to good band of people or not ?? The harassment given to me is really is unbearable and I am unable to explain my agony.
TATA being a name for customer satisfaction has really failed in doing so and I will certainly not go for TATA products in future nor I will recommend anybody inn future. I request you to go for a thorough investigation on the above who has menatlly torutured me and also who are damaging the goodwill of your company in the market.
I will be grateful If I get back my car in good condition at the earliest.
