through salesman company provided a combo plan499 i.e land line with internet. I paid all the bills which were send by the company from time to time.In the month of may(16/05/20011) company has
diconnected my internet service without informing me, when I called them on constumer care they informed me that my bill of april month is pending, In return I informed to the company that my bill is cleared and nothing is pending then they told me to visite company's gallery there in the gallery officer who attended me informed me that diconnection is because of paper verification.He told me that my internet connection is permanently disconnected so I should apply for new connection.this way everybody in the company are non cooperative this i feel is fault of copany and i request to please take strict action on company so they in future they should not trouble the coustomer
