I have purchased Tata Indigo Marina in January 1997 from Bharatum Motors, Surat, Gujarat India. This is my first Tata car, before that all I have experience of different models of Maruti/Suzuki.
The power window glass settings required to be attended after every 2-3 months. I am not sure, is this the standard quality of Tata cars?
The setting of the dash board is not proper from the begining, which was not set right after giving the car for 3-4 times for along with different reasons.
After about 6-7 months of running, the plastic used in the door handle from inside has become brittle and cracked and came out in peices from all the four doors. It is not being attended for last 7-8 months, even after lot of follow up. After 3 months of complaining, i came to know that it was not entered in their system. After that, the single answer is availble from the dealer is parts are not available. I do not know, when new cars are being sold, why the parts are not available at dealer shop?
For such a small parts, company should not wait for completion of the guarantee period, to ask for the cost of the part.
Proper fitting of dash board and very small cost parts are not being handled properly, what customer satisfaction can be expected with the company.
