I NOW WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT A TATA VEHICLE IN MY LIFE. I BOUGHT A TATA INDICA V2 XETA ON 15 TH SEPTEMBER 2008 FROM KVR VEHICLES, KANNUR (DT.), KERALA (DEALER CODE 3002870). AND I USED TO DO ALL REGULAR SERVICE FROM KVR VEHICLES ONLY. SIR, 3 WEEKS BACK ie., ON 8 TH SEPTEMBER 2010 I WAS ABOUT TO GO ON A JOURNEY ALONG WITH MY FAMILY AT THAT THE CAR WAS NOT STARTING, THERE WAS A MECHANIC IN MY NEIGHBOUR HOOD HE CAME AND EXAMINED AND TOLD THAT IT WAS THE COMPLAINT WITH THE BATTERY, I ALSO INFORMED KVR MOTORS REGARDING THIS BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND. SO I BOUGHT A BATTERY MECHANIC AND EXAMINED THE BATTERY. HE EXAMINED THE BATTERY AND TOLD THAT THE BATTERY DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS VEHICLE, ON THE BATTERY IT WAS WRITTEN AS ACCIDENT CASE VEHICLE NO. KL-13-Q-3511
(BATTERY NO.2 A6 2 03395). MY VEHICLE NUMBER IS KL-13-S-6903 AND MY BATTERY NUMBER IS 2B8359686 . ACTUALLY MY BATTERY IS MISSING FROM VEHICLE AND THEY HAVE PUT AN ACCIDENT VEHICLES'S BATTERY TO MY VEHICLE. I VERIFIED THE ADDRESS OF KL-13-Q-3511 FROM RTO OFFICE THE VEHICLE BELONG TO MR. MANOHARAN, NEAR MUZHAPILANGAD, KANNUR DISTRICT, KERALA. ON CONTACTING THEM IT WAS FOUND THAT THEY HAD UNDERGONE AN ACCIDENT SERVICE AT KVR VEHICLES (DEALER CODE 3002870), AT THAT TIME I ( VEHICLE NO, KL-13-S-6903)HAD UNDERGONE A REGULAR SERVICE FROM KVR VEHICLES AND I FEEL THEY HAVE TAKEN MY NEW BATTERY AND HAS REPLACED WITH AN OLD ONE THAT ALSO OF AN ACCIDENT VEHICLE. SIR, THIS ITSELF IS A BREACH OF TRUST, THAT IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE TATA. TWO WEEKS THEY NEVER RESPONDED SAYING THEY HAD NO STAFF. THE ACT OF MR. HARISH (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER OF KVR VEHICLES, KANNUR-DEALER CODE 3002870) WAS SO RUDE THAT HE HAS NO REPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER A ROUGH CHARACTER, I FEEL PITY FOR HAVING SPOKEN TO HIM . YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE SUCH A CRM SHOULD NEVER BE INDUCTED IN ANY COMPANY. IF U MAKE A DEMO CALL TO HIS MOBILE (09746476047) ENQUIRING ABOUT THIS CASE YOU WILL . 5 DAYS BACK(24 TH SEPTEMBER 2010) 2 STAFF CAME FROM KVR VEHICLES AND TOLD THAT THEY NEED THE BATTERY BACK, I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE IN THE SERVICE BOOK BEFORE TAKING THE BATTERY BUT THEY WERE NOT READY TO TAKE THE BATTERY. THE CRM THREATENED TO GIVE THE BATTERY BACK, I TOLD HIM THEY HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE . AFTER THAT THEY NEVER RESPONDED. AND ON 28 TH SEPT THEY TOOK THE BATTERY FOR CHECKING AND ON 29 TH SEPTEMBER THEY CAME BACK WITH THE OLD BATTERY OF THE ACCIDENT VEHICLE. STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BATTERY (BATTERY NO.2B8359686) WHAT A PITY. TATA VEHICLES HAS TESTED THE ZERO TOLERANCE OF THE CUSTOMER. SIR, THIS IS THE LAST VENUE TO COMPLAINT, AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO MEDIA EXPOSURE THROUGH MY COUSIN WHO IS WORKING IN TIMES NOW AND I WILL GET MY BATTERY BACK THROUGH LEGAL PROCESS. I AM READY TO FIGHT TILL MY LAST BREATH SINCE NO OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD COME ACCROSS SUCH A SITUATION. MY FAMILY OWN SCORPIO AND MARUTHI VEHICLES FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS BUT TILL NOW I HAD NO COMPLAINT. NO ONE IN OUR FAMILY WILL HERE AFTER BUY A TATA VEHICLE. THAT, S WHY ONE OF MY SON- IN-LAW WHO WAS ABOUT TO BUY A TATA VISTA DIESEL ON 25TH SEPTEMBER CHANGED HIS MIND AFTER THIS INCIDENT AND HE BOUGHT A SWIFT DIESEL DLS, HE ESCAPED BEING CHEATED. SIR PLS CONSIDER THIS AS A MERCY REQUEST AND HELP ME IN THIS RESPECT.
