bad service
tata internet service
they are not able to provide good service
daily all are customer care persons saying that in morning or our engineer will came in 24 hrs but still not buddy is came .
they are taking 10 to 12 days for visiting to repair instrument.
when i have buy this instrument in after every month
i am asking about this types of complaint

so plz take any action

Hello Miss sughana shetty,

We already given the application (on writing ) for closing the account on 5th Nov 2011. They said that it will be closed. I thought that the connection is closed now. After some days later, we got the Bill from Tata Indicom. they said connection is not closed. i asked them and then said they will investigate. After so many reminders they come to us saying that connection is closed now and we dont need to give any amount because connection is already closed. few days back again we got Bill, saying we need to pay the bill. we raise the complaints and they said connection was not close it was temporary suspended. I asked them how they said it was not closed and they put the request for investigation. 2day they again back to us saying that i need to pay the bill for 2 monts (jan 2011 and Feb 2011).

whats going on.. Do i need to go to consumer coart against mentally torcher ? We are really frustrated from tata indicom service.

Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible otherwise we need to go through the proper channel.


For your information: This bill is from your side. we already said many times (7-8 times) to close the account. now its up to you, if you dont want to close the account, you need to pay my bills (its none of my business). Tata indicom ppls are crazy and they dont know how to deal with customers.

VERY BAD SPEED
TATA PHOTON PLUS INTERNET IS VERY BAD.THIS COMPANY IS A CHEATER AND GOVERNMENT SHOULD TKE ACTION TOWARDS IT BECOZ THEY ARE NOT GIVING NOT GOOD SPEED AND AFTER DOING SO MANY COMPLAINTS THEN ALSO NO REPLY AND NO COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED CLEARLY THEY ALL ARE BIG CHEATERS.THEY ALL ARE

Bad customer care
I have been using tataphoton plus since a month and half ago.While i got this product i was told the speed will be unmatched and will be 3 mbps and while i am using the speed hardly exceeds 0.80mbper second and despite repeated complaints no solution is provided by the customer care even i felt harassed by customer care because they ask lengthy questions and even on trying to call nodal officer the nodal officer does not answer the calls.
this is really frustrating and i advice potential customers to be aware of this company.

WORST INTERNET SERVICE
Tata Photon Plus is India's worst Broadband service.

They are cheating customers by selling and promising 2MBPS speed.
But I am using it and Even in Delhi it is not working properly. Inspite of several reminders they are unable to enhance the speed from 20KBPS.

This is the reality of this service even gmail is loaded after 40-60 minutes long struggle.

No solution for it. Closing the connection is also a big headache. I wasted around 10-15 thousand rupees in this Photon Plus device and bills, always under lot of frustration during use of Photon Plus device.

Also No result of raising the issue to the Company's top bosses.

hello cunstomers of tata products,

i am using tata photon plus since from 3 months. i hate this service which they are providing. bekar service by tata. gently i decided to close my tata+ service i romed tata indicom office for 2 3 times. but i would int got clear information. finally i heared that to close the tata photon we have to submit address proof, that when are closing. and if close, we cant active after whenever we want. this is the facility. but i decided to stop for 3 months, in the term language of tata it is called as "safe custody" we can deactivate our service for 3 months but there is billing monthly 75 /- per bill/month. what a service by tata indicom. i advice to the customers those who are looking for easy carry or tata photon plus providing by tata indicom please dont aggre to buy these type of service.. i am suffering from this service. please u dont.

Transfer of ownership
I have a Tata Photon plus connection (Tata Indicom No. 09223908187; Account No. 975671116). I had requested for a transfer of ownership of my connection to my father's name on 12 November, 2009 and submitted all documents including NOC letter; Acceptance letter; CAF form; valid address proof; valid ID proof at Tata Indicom Centre at Fort, Mumbai on 12 November 2009 (No. 585054897). I had also cleared all outstanding amount related to my connection and I was assured that all processes would be completed latest by 16 November 2009. The residence verification was done on 17 November, 2009 but the transfer of ownership has not been done till date i.e. 5 December 2009.

Despite two e-mails to [email protected], I received irrelevant and incomplete e-mails from Hetal K Shah, Customer Service Executive. Noone picks up the phone at the Tata Indicom centre at Fort, Mumbai and executives at the Tata helpline number 022-67908000 are clueless about the given request and the processes involved.

This is to register a formal complaint for extremely poor after-sales service and to demand transfer of ownership of the account at the earliest.
