Instolation
I have purchase tata sky through cutomer care Mr. Nadeem dated 13/11/2010. They have insure your instolation within 7 Days Maximum but lot of complain there is not instolation still today(27/11/2010). I complain to custom care to Ms. Archana/ Mr. Dharmendra/ Mr. Vipul Kurpr .So Please help for me for the Refund of Payment

I am existing customer of tata sky in chapra Bihar - 841301I and Subscriber Id No.- 1038695134 on the Mr. Devnath dass.

I was 1st complaint on dt.2/10/10 box is not working than after 15 days I got the box but without adepter, how to working? & they are told me adepter will be receive on next 3 days that is confirmed by executive. But after waiting 7 days I called again to Mr. Amit who is Area coordinator, and then he was taking week for adepter delivery. So finally 28/10/10, I was received adepter but my services was not resume, so again I called to Amit for solve this issue but his always avoided, so I called to c.care & solve this issue on 2/11/2010 with Mr. Ankur.After 3-4 days my services again closed & so I again booked my complaint to c.care for change this box due to it was not working properly. I am still waiting

Amit & team is to useless people & always misguide to customer none of the time they are solve my query & always avoiding. During this whole process I suffered a lot of mental and financial (call to customer care) problem. Now I am confused what to do. there is no response from there side have to call them up like 20-30 time in last two month but still not get a correct reply.

After all this situation DTH company regularly deducted the balance form my account and I feeling very bed about company services is very-very poor in C grade city, so finally i was loose my money, time. Please help to solve this arises issue.

NOT INSTALLATION OF TATA SKY
I purchased 42 inchesLG plasma tv from Lotous bhoopal on 02/11/10 and along with tv as per scheme one tata sky voucher was provided to me and as per voucher i register the product from my cell no. 09893389516 and send the massage to 56633 on 02/11/10 and got the return message from the center" your request has been successfully registered, our service team will get back to you within 4 working hrs. It is regretted and even 13 days have been over after registration no one has turned up to my home for providing the tata sky set up box and other peripherals till date and when i talked to lotus executive they gave me no. of mr. rajesh - 09826059698, I talked to him in the matter on 07.11.2010 and he promised me that it will be installed on or before 09.11.2010 but all is in vain, now mr rajesh who is i think tata sky provider in bhopal is not attending my call despite of nos.of calls I tried . By this response form the company representative, I can add that tata sky is hopeless satelite tv in provider in india.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I have a Tata Sky Multi - Room connection for the past 3 years. For the past 30 days, the MDU connection has been acting up and saying it is unable to receive signal. Despite several calls to the Delhi Customer Service, there has been no respite.

Funny thing is each time I call back the date of engineer visit has changed and when the said date elapses with no visit, I call back the helpline to find that the complaint has been closed "as engineer has visited premises"!! Not once has an engineer come in all this time.

If you ask for a Supervisor, you are put on a long hold and then the call is disconnected!

The SMS they send giving a date of visit and a contact nmb has a number that neither gets answered, nor is the call centre aware of this number.

One executive actually expected me to go and check with other Tata Sky users if they too are experiencing such issues!

In this day & age they actually expect to survive in such a competitive market with such apalling customer service!

How does one resolve this ...I feel like taking them to court and suing them for mental harassment! Can anyone advise?

AT AROUND 1.OOpm OVER PHONE FOR
RELOCATION OF TATA SKY SERVICE.
AS PER THE ADVICE OF THE CONCERNED PERSON PAID CASH Rs.500 IN MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT----(1013514227) IN THE NAME OF Mr. RANDHIR SINGH.
WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 1 DAY. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND HAVING GIVEN THEM NO OF DEAD LINE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. THEY SEEM TO BE IN NO MOOD TO DO IT.

I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND IF NOT INSTALLED .

THEY MUST DESIST FROM GIVING FALSE DEAD LINES WITHOUT ADHEREING TO IT.

service not available
the satellite service is not available since last 12 days, complaint is registered and service person is just promising of visiting since last five days but not visited till now.spoke to customer care executive mr rajnesh today morning and mr sagar now. not received proper response. upset with the service provided

It is really disappointing to have such a poor service from a brand like TATA
I am a user of Tata Sky television service. It worked fine for the first six months. Now, from last month onwards, I am getting the message saying "Insert Digicard". There is no transmission of any channels, but the money is being deducted continuously. I tried calling the customer care numbers 1860-425-6633 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1860-425-6633 end_of_the_skype_highlighting, 0177-2656699 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0177-2656699 end_of_the_skype_highlighting and 0177-2657699 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0177-2657699 end_of_the_skype_highlighting, but none of the numbers responds to the calls. I have held the calls for over an hour & all I hear is some advertisement or the other. On local numbers, no customer care executive responds to the calls though the bell keeps ringing. The customer care is highly irresponsible and inadvertent.

I have had a very bad experience with Tata Sky. It is really disappointing to have such a poor service from a brand like TATA.

Will not authorize my setup box
I have taken the Tata Sky connection on last sunday and enginer from the Tata sky ( thrid party) done the installation on the Sunday and told me that my settop box will get authorized within the 30-45 min. after 2-3 hours i callled the thrid party and tata sky customer center and they told me that Some service is down and your authorization will be done tommrow. Again I called up them on Monday and Tuesday and the give me different ans. Still it is not authorized.

Simply pathetic customer service
I had purchased a Tata Sky DTH service (MRP 3999) on the 10th January 2008. Apparently the shop I purchased it from named A.K Electronics based in Indiranagar CMH road had convinced me to buy it. After a brief explanation of the product I purchased it. Little did I know that the store owner swiped my card and later claimed that he had run out of stock. However he promised me that he would get the stock the next day and send me the set top box home. Nothing was done. 2 days passed. On the 3 rd day he claims that the Tata delivery truck had a problem. I had no option but to call the Tata Sky people. Little did I know that the lady could help me. she said it was my problem that I had bought the product myself and I had to deal with the dealer.

I mean can you believe it? I pay for something, do not get it, the shop blames Tata Sky and Tata sky has nothing to say about it! pathetic customer service!

no action takin from tata sky customer service
the complaint against tata sky signal not coming has given on 12/06/2010 against id no-1024429217. but response not yet come . and the customer care executive beheviour was very bed.
