I am using the TATA skly since 2007, and it was working fine by few issues which they keep resolving it. But since 2009 it was giving so much issues that i have paid Rs. 700/- on just SETTEP BOX cost in these two year. Now tell me is it economical for the people like us...??? Reply TATA sky ..??? After replacing also it was not working, as they replace with the old units. and give the 3 month warrenty.
Now my issues :
1. Since last 20 days it is not working ??? I hav etaken the annual subsrciption who will bear this cost ???? for the services whichwe have not used... Offcourse we the POOR customer on the disposal of the TATA Sky ???? They will let us knwo there policy and guideline and they will be freeee..
2. We have register the complaint on 4th of Sep. 2010 for not working the set top box. we got the SMS that it will be fixed by 9.9.10, but unfortunatly no one turned up, we got the call on 11.9.10 ( Ganesh CHaturthi day ) that perosn will be visitng today, TELL me one thing who will like to have time on this festival times ???? Hence i told him not to come ???
3. Surprisingly i got the SMS on 11.9.10 kindly give the feedback of the service provided by the Engr. ????? Now tell me Is this i the way COMPANY is operating ???? When service is not provided to us and asking fo the feedback ???? GOD only give the feedabck...
Now my DTH service is not working since last 20 days... so i demand from the TATA sky ...
1. I will not agree for that every three month SET topd KNOCKED OFF ???
2. I need the 20 days ( As of now ) credit additional
3. Garuentee from the company that there product will not knocked off again and again..

I need mY MONEY BACK : As i have already paid the annual subrciption, hence REFUND my money ( PL. deduct whatever charges you further want to take)
1. Set top box, DISH cable and pl. ket me FREEE for your non customer freindly servicesssssssss ..
