Frequent breakdown in broadband connectivity
Broad connectivity is down whenever it rains or wind blows. Tata company providing the service does not do good repair, so every other week I am wasting money and time in lodging complaints and doing follow up. I do not know why TRAI take note of such pathatic service being rendered by these service providers to customers. It is nothing but cheating.

New internet connection failure
This is regarding a new connection which I was trying to opt from Tata/VSNL. I first received an email from CC with reference number. After a week long when I did the follow up. I was stunt

1. Venkatesh an executive picked the check, form and document from me on 27th April 2007
2. When I called up customer care on Friday 4th I didn't received proper status.
3. 7th May morning I called venkatesh he said he will return my call after half an hour but he never turned back.
4. When I am called his office number 9900133303 Lady named Nandani picked and she was in delima who Pawan. Then again I called her giving her all my details she had spoken to some person and he said that he will update after 1:30 PM . I waited for Nandani's call till 3 PM. When I called her she didn't pick the call someone else picked up and she said that the concern person is not picking the phone so they will update me later. Later I am not sure. When I asked her to hand over the phone to her manager she said no one is here an she disconnected the phone line.

As you guys have taken the form and check from me and not responding for such a long.

These guys have taken my documents and check. And are not returning it back.

Further I have received the following email:

We regret to inform that your area is not feasible right now because of the number of connections in your area. To provide the new connections in your area we need to set up additional equipment due to which we are unable to provide the connection right now. As soon as your area is feasible we will definitely consider your connection on high priority basis.

We appreciate your concern in providing us your views on our service which is a valuable input for us to improvise on the way we function. We would like to emphasize on the fact that you are a valuable customer to us and request you to grant us an opportunity to serve you better.

Still I am calling the dealer and call center to return my documents and check but with no response. Let me know how should I get it back.
