I'm having worst experince here of the tataindicom ( customer account number ACC000752244 ). I had launched my complain on the 21st April 2008 ( complain number 5519970 ) and till date its not resoleved even after escalating matter to the senior authorities ( including nodal officer and Appleate auhority ) . The worst part being they even can't tell me whats kind of problem is taking so long to resolve. In 17 days one can setup whole new working network with on the given area and i still don't get why my network is down
Guys i don't want to write long, i think MTNL's broadband is much more better then this or India is just not yet reay for the new age of Internet
