Billing
I am having Tata Indicom Broadband combo connection and cancelled it in November-2010. After cancellation of broadband connection i was continue to get bills for land-line phone i had given so many complains regarding this matter and got answer that u had not given SEPARATE request for cancellation of phone connection.
I could not understand this reply as i got combo connection in one request so why i had to give separate request for the same and also the company have to inform me two submit separate request when i had given my first letter to cancel the connection as i had mentioned to cancel both connection in that letter.
To finish the matter i had paid s. 1230.00 in the month of March-2011, but again from April-2011 i was getting reminders and also threatning calls fro some BHAI log to pay Rs. 584. So please help me to solve this problem
So i request all reader to take care before taking TATA connection.

Additional amoutt debited from A/c
There was an additional deduction of 475.00 rupees from my account. Now your customer care says that they don’t return the money back.
1. When I talk to them last time your customer care told that I will get back this money within 60 days. Now they says that I don’t get this money back.
2. Now they says that it is my responsibility to talk to my bank and stop payment

FAB4 plan is not available for existing users
I am tata indiacom post paid customer since last five years. Recently Tataindicom Launches a new Post paid Plan FAB 4 but this plan is NOT available for existing users.

regarding callertune
I have a tataindicom mobile postpaid connection. My mobile no. is 9234465514. On 7th Sept. I recieved a message that my callertune subscription has been activated.
When I contacted customer care and enquired about the callertune being subscried on my number without my consent or request, I was answered that the callertune has been subscribed from my side and nothing can be done.
I immediately unsubscried from the service.Yesterday when I saw my bill I felt myself being fooled as Rs. 40 had been added in my bill against the callertune.
Therefor I request for the amount to be adjusted in my next bill.

Not able to send /Receive SMS & Out going calls
Again not able to send receive / sms, from my mobile no. 9222 991669, its a regular practice from provider to give satisfactory service for a day or two than stable at lower level
pleasedo the neeful soon help us to enjoy better / satisfactory services
that is also necessary to note, we are not able to contact customer care even after 15tmints

NOT able to send sms and receiving Incoming calls
My no.- 9222 991669 i m geting smses of various offer TO PURCHASE TATAINDICOM SERVICES like called tunes, mis call alerts, Photon etc but not geting satisfactory services, as i have given compalints and received reply it wllsolved within 72 hours due to technical problem, but it is not solved yet.
I requests concern to help us to solve this problem soon, before i take legal action TOWARDS TATA INDICOM headed by a Patriot TATA.

Not geting incoming phones & sending smses
I m Tata indicom customer & Mumbai No. is 9222 991669 since last few month, basically from Gujarat, I am not able to send smses and receiving incoming calls regularly, since beginning, for the same i have sent serve l reminders and booked complaints, they told due to Technical problem it will be solved within 72 hours but not solved yet.
as suggest by TATAINDICOM customer care, i have submitted my id and photograph 2nd time to TATA STORE located at Malad-E, it is necessary to note, required documents are given to the retailer even though said was submitted 2nd time.
every time TATAINDICOM CUSTOMER CARE GIVE US new replies which is not giving us any satisfaction even verbal y, insted givning us MENTAL HARASSMENTS especially by Ms. racher a lady on today morning. we requests concern to do the needful in the said matter, help us to get better services before we take legal action against the companey- TATAINDICOM.
