I just recently got off the phone with TKA and i am very upset. First off, let it be known that i do owe and was paying on time. It got crazy when they tried to take payment before the agreed upon date and the funds weren't there and caused me a $35 fee. In response to this, I called and spoke to Mr. Dennis James and told him about it. Somehow, I was passed to another man, who spoke on his behalf, for whatever reason, and the man started raising his voice at me. He berated me because I called over a little $35 fee and should be thankful for what they're doing. It goes both ways, sure, I'm grateful to be paying what I'm paying instead of the alternative, but "BUSINESS IS BUSINESS". If I would have owed them $35 dollars, they'd be calling day and night, and some people get called for less than that. Minutes later, after having a fruitless debacle with whoever Mr. Dennis James passed me to, I was threatened by the other man saying he would pay me my $35, but since i broke the contract by missing a payment, they wouldn't honor the original agreement. Check this part out, if they hadn't tried to "GET THE MONEY EARLY", this would never have been an issue, but he later admits that "DENNIS JAMES MADE A MISTAKE" . He said it real nasty like i was making him mad for something his company incurred. Once the fault was admitted, I calmed down myself, but the matter of being talked to like a "red-headed stepchild" was not to my liking. He gave me his name, but couldn't really hear him. He then tells me that I have 1 payment left, which i was already expecting to hear and in an intimidating manner, asks me is this all i wanted to talk about. This other man finally gives me an ultimatum about the situation because "he" doesn't want to discuss it anymore and hangs the phone up in my face.

On behalf of TKA and those that are reading this, please, if you owe anything, try to work it out before collection takes over, because if you don't, (AND I SAY THIS WITH RESPECT TO MR.DENNIS JAMES), you'll have to talk to people with absolutely...NO HOME TRAINING OR PROPER COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTE...when it comes to speaking with anyone, whether you owe them or not, because to be perfectly honest, i don't know if their scammers or not, but i will not allow someone else's "CHILDREN" to talk to a grown man like me that way!!!
