This is very suspicious since the entity is listed as a "foreign" entity, which means either "out-of-state" or outside the USA. IT ALSO HAS NAME LISTED AS: "CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK."

I am further researching this individual and am contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals office and the county sheriff for Scotsdale, AZ. I am also researching the real estate records for Scottsdale, AZ to see if this guy has property he owns there.
Anyone who has been ripped-off by this entity can also file complaints online with the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission.
