withdrawing money from account
I applied for a cash loan and this site came up for idenity theft, I didn't sign it, exited off screen. Then I got my bank statement today 9/3/2009, and I have a withdrawal on my account from Tavos ID Protect. I never gave them permission to take anythhing out of my account and should never have used my checking information. This unauthorized transaction caused me to have to pay a $25.00 INF charge. I want the money deposited back in my account. I hope this never happens again, I really believe I could have legal action taken against this company. Applying for a loan has nothing to do with ID Theft.

well i dont know who you think you are for making a withdrawal from my account but i never recieved anything from you all to have the right to take money out of my account. if the money is not refunded into my account i will procuest to the fulliest allowed by law

Bank Charges
$33.98 was taken out of my account without my consent after i applied for an online cash loan and I want it put back!

I did not sign up for this
I had gone to apply for a pay advance loan and was switched to obtain ID Theft Protection which I did not want. SO your company deducted $33.98 from my checking account and at this time I would like for it to be refunded ASAP. My cancelation number is 4017370.
