Plastic, inadequate audio quality, debatable business ethics

I found a great technical review of this product as well as the C. Crane that Mike Burbridge made mention of. It looks like the C. Crane wins hands down for audio and quality.. Judging by the experience Mike had I dont think I would stay away from the Whole House transmitter. The new review of the Whole House FM transmitter I found is at HobbyBroadcaster.net in their product lab reviews area.

Failure to send item they charged me for

I ordered a Whole House FM Transmitter through Amazon on June 24 and was charged for it. The delivery window was 19 days. Around day 18 after not receiving it, I sent them an email.
They said it was lost and offered to send another. (With another 19 day delivery window) I declined and asked for a refund. They refuse, .Three times I asked for a refund, but they would not refund my money.
I finally had to file for the Amazon A-Z Guarantee to get my money back.

Why this company shouldn't be charged with theft is a mystery.

Stay away from TAW Global.
If you're looking for an FM Transmitter, the C Crane one is almost 50% cheaper and has a much better range .
