I original call to get some idea what they can do for me. They wanted my Credit Card for 4k right away. I said NO let me do some research. Saw some complaints on the Net with a simple search. And for the last 4 months I get calls day and night asking if they can help... keep saying No... and the next call is someone else again... They won't stop until they get your money. Worst than Cold Caller trying to sell me Land in Florida Swamp area.

On Aug 27, 2009 I spoke to a TaxMaster consultant regarding my current tax situation with the IRS. While speaking with the him (Kirk Williams) we talked about the cost and the payment plan. to pay for the services. Kirk was press that I sign up that day, I told kirk "ALL MY BILL GO OUT ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH AND MAKING A PAYMENT OF 750.00 WOULD NOT BE GOOD. I CAN MAKE A PAYMENT LIKE THAT AROUND THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH" These are my exacted words. I was schedule to make a payment around the 18th of Sept with monthly payment of 300+ a month. On Sept2 a debt of 750.00 was taken from my account. Causing me to bounce checks over totaling over 600.00. I'm stress out over this situation. I have called the company over 50 time. 10 times I was hung up on, 20 time I was transfer to VM's. 10 times Talk to Billling and 10 and 10 time with quailty service group. This is all record by Tax Master regarding the number of calls. I want my money and bank fees paid.
