My husband and me went here to get taxes done. Tax preparer gave us misinformation about refund amount, and time of refund. I am an "injured spouse" Preparer failed to make notation in upper left corner of tax forms, now I have to wail much longer for refund. Preparer never appologized to us when we went back to ask questions. We are seeing a private CPA now, and plan to complain further. We will not got back to H&R Block!
