On September 28, 2010 I paid through a credit two payments of $6, 660.00 and a total of $13, 320.00 to Nationwide Tax Relief & Richard Boggs. Nationwide Tax Relief was to represent me on handling a tax case dating back to 1997 that involved the State of New Jersey for taxes owed from a business banckruptcy. They were to handle the resolution of the tax matter that would result in a schedule of payments or a lump sum payment of a negotiated balance. The amount claimed by the State of New Jersey was $149, 249.62 of which approximately 43, 000 was taxes and the remainder penalties and interest. In January 2011 I received an email stating that they needed further information it was sent to them and shortly after that I received another email that the person handling the case (Matthew Austin) left the company and another person would be taking over. After several email and another month nothing from them. I have been trying to reach them and their 800 750-7500 number has been disconnected and their other number 310 943-5430 state their mail box is full. This is a terrible set back to me and my family since I paid a substantial amount with nothing to show for it. I can provide proof of documents to verifiy my claim.

Associated was hired terminated and re-hired, now they say they have done their part but do not have any proof, transcripts, says lifted liens -still there on credit report and after we were garnished for $14, 000, not until we paid it was the garnishment ended. They did nothing! Why did we re-instate? Because they cried they would help us, but they did not!
