In May of 2008, I contacted taxcarepros by email then they called me asking what can they do for me, so I explained my situation about my back taxes. After the conversation, there were some payment options presented to me and the one that I accepted was $8oo down and another $800 my next payday. Then $1600 per month until a total of $8ooo was paid...I did that. I was told my 2007 taxes would be filed along with taking care of getting a settlement for my back taxes owed. There was some paperwork I needed to get sent in in order for the ball to get rolling...I did all of that. After about two or three months I start calling to get an update on whats going on with my account, and all I would ever get is the voicemail of the extension they would transfer me to...I think its ext.250. Yes, there was actually a person who answered the initial call, but still to no avail, I received no help. I just called yesterday and now the number I received almost two yrs ago is no longer working. I get on line and find two different phone numbers for these people...its like they are trying to hide but at the same time get some more suckers to give them money for nothing. To this day, 7 Jan 2010, nothing has still been done for me concerning my taxes through this company. All I want is my money back, if there is a way I can contact these people short of traveling to CA, and someone knows, please share that information. If this company still does actually exist, we all need to get together and file some kind of lawsuit don't you think?
