unsafe vehicles
i travel to and from the airport alot for work. i have yet to have a taxi that would pass a vehicle inspection. i could understand the odd vehicle that hit a pothole or something but the 8 different vehicles i have been in from sherwood park taxi are death traps! what kind of image are you trying to portray?

Greyhound employees
We dont think it is fair that we that legally operate a taxi service should be under cut by the employees of the Mobile Greyhound bus station. They regularly taxi bus drivers around for pay but, are not licensed to do so. Some one should be policeing them also for working illegally out of their work place. Would be nice to have a complaint line to greyhound bus station .

have employes with out permits
the owner larry shelly have employees working with out permits also the vehicles always are broken and dirty, some have a suspended it driving licenses, other don't have the endorment, and this lady is firing people and leaving the people without licenses

fares not taly with meter
i tok a taxi no is HJA807, which i have a problem with.
the meter of the taxi shows RM4.10 but the driver ask RM12.00.
not him only alots of taxi driver do like that
i want the government or companies to take actions to those taxi driver and ask them to follow exact meter rates.

late
I was at my church with my dad and sister. We had an appointment for them to come pick us up. We waited for 2 hours. Then we called the company, the first time they hung-up on us, then the second time they hung- up on us. On the third time they said "the address not available.."
Never get an Arrow cab...

Loss of luggage
