An "Tax Specialist" named Michael Terrell (another name for "Con Man") who works with this so-called company that wants to help people with their tax problems.. is no worse than a wrecker driver trying to help you on the side of the road for "whatever you got".. they say that they can do this and do that for you. When I got a pre-paid Visa card with the amount of $400 (10% of the total amount which they were going to charge me), he sounded like he was drooling at the mouth and couldn't wait until I gave him the acct number to withdraw the funds...same with his e-mails he sent me pressuring me to get the pre-pd Visa card, because "the IRS wasn't going to wait" as he put it...When I called back within 24 hrs to let him know that I couldn't afford their services, ($4000), he told me that I would have to speak with someone in Quality ASSurance Dept. Well, I did speak with someone in Quality ASSurance Dept... 5 days later... which then made it about a week out that I had told him of my wanting to cancel the contract. I then received a letter from them stating that I was not eligible for a refund since they already did the following: IRS Consultation (what??) if the consultation is where Michael Terrell kept "pushing me" to get the pre paid card, then I guess this is what they consider a consultation...Wage/Bank Levy (again what??) they did nothing to release the Levy on my paycheck... I met with the IRS on my own and had it done..bottom line... THIS COMPANY TAXMASTERS HERE IN HOUSTON IS A BIG RIP OFF!!! THEY ARE NO WORSE THAN A SLEAZE LAWYER WHERE THEY PREY ON PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR HELP AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM. PERIOD... I DONT CARE WHAT MICHAEL TERREL AKA THE CON MAN OR ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE SAYS...
