Non-responsive and unreliable

I called Joe two weeks ago and ordered a Trapp Classic 2100 Storm Door handle. Joe stated he would call me back and advise delivery. He never did. Every time I called him and left a voicemail he stated he would call back within 5 minutes. Hever never called back out of the dozen times I called him. I spoke with a receptionist a couple of times at 10am in the morning and she stated Joe would call me back by 1pm. Joe never returned my call's or messages. I would never do business with the Taylor Door in Southgate ever and would reccommend to anybody not to either.

I wonder what the Trapp Company would say if they new Joe refuses Trapp business orders.

Stay away from

A very bad company to do business with. The owner is very rude and unprofessional!!! He raised his voice to me on the phone and was very argumentative. They never repaired my garage door opener correctly and would not stand by their service or offer a refund if they did not repair my opener correctly for the second time. The old owner closed shop and was in debt. The old manager bought the place and he is apparently no better than they were. If they continue to operate as they are they will be out of business in the next few years, and they will be lucky to stay in business that long. Stay away from this company. One of the worst I have ever worked with!
