The owner, Rusty is not to be trusted. He stood in my yard judging my neighbors' fences telling me what was done wrong and how his work is much better. His work is shoddy, his character shady.

My number one complaint is that I asked him what size boards he would be using before I hired him. He told me 3/4". That's what I wanted, I said "great". The fence is up, and frankly disappointing in appearance, I go out to look it over the next day (as it was night when they finished) and pull one of the many bar codes that had been left on the bottom of every borad. It reads 5/8". The thin board, not the 3/4". I call Rusty. He tells me that that board must have been mis marked. I walk outside and pull 2 more off 5/8", 5/8". The double talk ensues. He tells me the fence is guaranteed and that those boards are just as good as 3/4". I say that's not what he told me he was using and not what I paid for. Ultimately, he blames Lowes. But no resolve.

Second, the 2 gates do not open/close properly. This is yet to be resolved.

Third, he was apparently skulking around my house last night. My husband talked to him and Rusty said that the gate was open which makes it not his problem if it doesn't work properly. The gate was open, but that's because I tried it and it would not close again. The latch was not properly installed. It's a bit scary he was lurking around at night here uninvited. Probably looking to take up his yard sigh before I was able to do anything to it (it was already in my garage as I was not advertising for this skeeze).
