TCRM Commercial Corporation - BROKERS BEWARE!! This company will attempt to steal your CLIENTS!!

BEWARE of: DIMITRIOS FOUSTERIS, DIMITRIOS M. FOUSTERIS PHD., LES AGISIM, LESLIE WAYNE AGISIM, PHILIP AGISIM

I sent this company a loan package - complete full loan package with everything the lender needed. The company, TCRM Commercial is NOT associated with FINRA but uses the fact its sister company TREVOR COLE REID & MONROE is a FINRA Broker Dealer -- NOT an INVESTMENT BANKER - NO FINRA 24 license or 79 license. Again, no one at the company has a FINRA 24 license or 79 license which is required to be an investment banker - perform the check on FINRA website. Again TCRM Commercial Corporation or TCRM Commercial Mortgage Bankers is NOT registered with FINRA and Dimitrios Fousteris is NOT registered with FINRA.

TCRM Commercial Corporation asked me to fill out the Loan Registration Sheet - which I did. Next Dimitrios Fousteris talked me and the client into signing a 60 exclusive agreement for the client - which I did since the client was a single asset entity. Fortunately for me I had an agreement with the parent company and an exclusive agreement with the borrower and an exclusive agreement with the owners.

Immediately the client signed the AGREEMENT, Dimitrios Fousteris excluded me from all future phone calls, emails and correspondence. However, Dimitrios has always requesting that the client be present with his attorney to try to gain creditability.

Dimitrios Fousteris told me and the client the loan would close in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks later I asked for an update at my client's request and Dimitrios Fousteris stated that I should talk to me client.

TCRM Commercial IS NOT an INVESTMENT BANKER and COULD NOT perform on the loan and tried to act as a broker for my client - thus replacing me as the broker.

Again BEWARE, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CLIENT SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS!!! DO NOT USE TCRM COMMERCIAL CORPORATION FOR ANYTHING!!!

THIS IS NOT A LENDER - THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR CLIENTS AND NOT PERFORM AS A DIRECT LENDER.

AGAIN THEY ARE NOT an INVESTMENT BANKER nor A DIRECT LENDER!!!
