TD General Insurance Company auto insurance agents are the worst in the industry.
I was new to the termination of a insurance and asked some questions and scenarios. The agents who had answered my call were very rude and impatient. We ended up yelling at each other on the phone. I had the impression that I asked too many questions had made her keep changing parameters on her computer. But that is her job, right? Then I called again and asked for speaking to a supervisor and I was told all supervisors were at meeting (what a coincidence!") and one of supervisor would get back to me within 24 hours which they never did. Two days later, I called again explaining my intension to file a complaint. After been transferred to different people, I found myself listening to the office laugher and gossip, but no one talk to me. 15 minutes later, the line was dead.
I stop calling them for the unjustifiably rude treatment. I will make this my personal crusade against TD General Insurance until my voice is heard and most people step up fighting their lousy customer service. You don't have to put up their insult and humiliation to get their third world service.
