Subject: Complaint against Hanif Butt, Chief Manager



Dear Sir,



It is brought to your kind notice that vide No. TDR/MBL 159128 dated: 06-03-2008, I have deposited Rs. 48, 00, 000/- (Four Million Eight Hundred Thousands) as a deposited for one year bearing profit at the rate of 10.50% per annum, subject to general rules of the Bank. (Copy attached). It is further inform that due to my personal problem, I had to draw the afore-said amount and accordingly I connected Hinif Butt, Chief Manager and explained my problem. After having gone though the relevant TDR and rules, he calculated the profit rate at the back of original TDR in his own hand, which is as under:-



TDR PRE MATURED ON 09-06-2008



PFT PAID @ 10.50% = 1, 30, 820/-

PFT PAID @ 7% FOR 95 DAYS = 87, 213/-

DUE TO PRE MATURED



RECOVERED = 43, 607/-



After the afore-said calculation, I made request to the said Chief Manager for withdrawal of my amount but the said Chief Manager id trying to twist the matter, that in case I will withdrawal the amount in addition to Rs. 43, 607/- my further amount of Rs. 30, 000/- will be deducted.



When I asked the Manager as to why you are going to deduct afore-said amount of Rs. 30, 000/- he could not satisfy me rather it appears that the said Chief Manager bent upon to black mail me and had also caused harassment and humiliation. Due to the act and attitude of the Chief Manager, I am totally disturbed and is under going agony as due to non-withdrawal of amount at earliest. I am also facing hardships.



It is therefore, requested to consider my complaint at the earliest and to take an adequate action against the said Chief Manager and also direct him to expedite with regard to

withdrawal of my amount .
