Mid September I agreed to a @2.00 charge for shipping of two bags of tea on a trial order and had two weeks to decide if to cancel or not. I turned around and cancelled as soon as I saw the $2.00 was charged on my account 9/25/09. I never received the two bags of tea that I ordered. I cancelled the order on line and by phone, and by cancelling I thought was done and over which I was told also over the phone. On 10/16/09 I received four bags of tea in two different bags and said no charges were due. Went into my bank account and noticed there are five charges of $39.76 on five separate days. Of course they only have customer service availability on the weekdays so I haven't been able to speak with any one at this time. I am now trying to contact my bank. I did call the #866 number and left detailed msg requesting charges to be reversed and all other charges to stop immediately.
I did not authorize these charges.
