credit card charges
SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! I actually had to go to my bank, file a dispute over charges they just put out there and pay for a new credit card. IF, and that is a big IF, if the product worked I probably would not mind. But the tea did absolutely nothing. And this company is simply stealing people's money. Call their 1 800 number and you just get this complaint site. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

did not receive - getting charged
I ordered a free sample of tea (which I never
received) - they called from a recorder on my
cell phone to see how I was doing with the tea
and weight loss - but I could not talk to a person.
They said if I had any questions contact Teahelp @
usa.com - do not want the product - need whole
thing cancelled.

overcharging my card
i ordered the tea for a free trial $4.95 and with in one week they were chargin me again. their phone number advertised is not in service.trying to get ahold of them to cancel shipments received a number for them from another wuyi tea company in canada 1-780-416-0211 at this point i say don't trust any of them. get in your car and buy it at a health store with safety. its a scam the tea taste like liptons.

unauthorized charge
no phone number for these people no website for these people. they chargeed my account 70 that was totally unauthorized and sent my account into the negative becuase of this. now i have to wait for those people to actually get their money that they stole from me before i can file a claim with my bank to get my money back. someone needs to put these money stealers out of buisness for good so that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Order of tea
I have been charged a shipment of tea on my Visa and I did not want an automatic shipment. Please credit my Visa and cancel order and cancel any further orders. I had only wanted to try your product and go from there, but I did not request automatic shipments. Please confirm by email that you have completed this.

Try to cancel
Tried to cancel Tea Subscription. Phone message said it had to be done in writing. Could not log into the web page to cancel. Order ID # 3230863. Product did not work and do not wish to receive any of the product in the future. This was an automatic addition to the order which I did not want to begin with.
