Tral product and account

I received this trial product ( which is a complete order) about the Jan. 6. I sent them an email ( which is the only way to contact them) for obtaining an autorization number for returning the product on Jan.15. I was to have at least 10 days to try the product. They charged me for the product on 01/16 and I still have not received any sort of reply from them after at least four emails asking for my account to be canceled and for a refund. This is a rip off. It is just tea and did nothing for me. I do not want to be charged for any future orders how can I get this canceled? Help.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE TRAIL PERIOD

THERE ISN'T NO TRAIL PERIOD FOR THIS PRODUCT.
[email protected] this the only way to get in contact with them and i have sent more than 5 email asking them to cancel my account and still don't recive any email back.

DON'T GET THE TRAIL PREIOD FOR THIS TEAS
IF YOU WANT TO TRY IT MAKE SURE YOU BUY IT. BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT. AND YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE WHOLE AMOUNT WICH IS 79.95
i HAD TO CHANGE MY CREADIT CARD # IN ORDER TO STOPO THEM FROM CHANGING MY ACCOUNT
