On 3 May 2010, pamphlets were distributed in houses of Finchley area with following descriptions;

Everything Must Go! (Tomorrow)
Selected ex-catelogue stock from: Argos, Woolworths, Freemans of London

Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May 2010 SAle starts at 2:00 pm prompt
No admittance 10 minutes after doors open due to security reasons
Venue: The Three oceans Bar & Restaurant, The Function Suite, 4 Lodge Lane, Off High RD, North Finchley, N12 8JR (Next to Starbucks Coffee Shop)

There were several pamphlets on different time.

We found it very cheap as we were convinced that these were returned products and above listed company could not sale it.

At initial stage they showed original goods with very cheap rate. One person (now we guess that that man was also among them). They took our money and convinced us to open the box only after show. They also told that these products have warranty for 12 months. Most of them in the room purchased the good of approximately 150 pound. Show ended and we asked the bill. They said that they do not have bill.. I wanted to return the goods but they refused to return but they can be swapped with other branded product. We were asked that these products are Japanese with full warranty.

Can you imagine that all the products are very cheap Chinese product;

Lovely Perfume

They gave us a cell number of Watford named Jaya (07810178523) for arrangement of product replacement. The phone is switch off again. The company CAPNET is 100% fake and please do not deal with that company. They are 100% cheater.

Please keep in mind

1. A black guy (wearing guggle, height around 6 foot)
2. A man (weight around 85 kg., height around 6.2)
3. A man (big man with more than 6.2 height, white, healthy)
4. A white man with no hair
5. Another white man with good command on voice.

I called the police at 4:30 using 999 but they did not come to the venue in Three Restaurant and Bar. We waited till 5:30 but still police did not came, though they told that they are sending person there. I am amazed with police and their response.

I have so far recorded the voice of the one of the person on the scam and their vehicle number.

They used white Mercedes Benz Sporter X326 OBH.

I have picture of vehicle. The Three Ocean Restaurant and Bar has recorded CCTV. I have recorded sound of the man whom we deal as well.

I want to register the case against them as I don't want other people to be fool. These people are making money and cheating innocent people. I am also amazed that police did not help us as they can be caught right on time.
