I submitted a warranty claim near the end of the warranty period (but still within it) and only received a follow up email saying that I would be helped soon. When it became clear that no one had any intention of helping me, I submitted another claim. So far I have done this 4 times and now I receive no response at all. The lasers Tech Lasers sells are 10 times the price of those found on eBay, but last only twice as long.
