Overcharge for Fluid Flush
Transmission fluid flush promotion for $88.88. They put in fluid, but said it worked on all cars. Not a true statement. GM Dextron fluid is different than Ford’s Mercom. They reluctantly put in an enhancer converting any fluid to Mercom V. Only one tech knew that an additive existed. I called all the techs together. Charged me $16.99 for additive which obviously should not have been charged since Mercom V is the required fluid.

Botched Auto Repair
I have used a lot of mechanics in my life and by far have I ever seen a craftier bunch of scam artists! And the more that I look at the local reviews of this company on local websites the more I see that my complaint is no anomaly.
I went in for a simple hose (12+ dollar from the local automotive supply store) no more no less. I showed up a little after 9am. When I left it was just after the mechanic breathed a sigh of relief after finally getting my car cranked at 5:20 pm ... I the interim they had found three additional hoses that they say needed to be replaced and some how their mechanic destroying the top of the line Henshin ignition coil that has never given me any problems and tacking on a total of 507$ in charges. Livid is not the word!
But I suck it up, knowing that I have just been duped into needless repairs by a hapless bunch and drive off. Before I get out of the parking lot good I notice that my once suped up import has no acceleration and my overdrive is not kicking in. Now that my Saturday's been spent, I promptly call back up to the shop and make them aware of their further gaffs and make plans to bring the car back the following Monday.
I get home, still licking my wounds, dressed for a night on the town. I hop in my car and it seems to be gasping for air. I gives it some gas and it chugged backwards with no willingness. Then I put it in a forward gear and again give the car gas and it cuts off! I try putting the car in park and restarting and same thing happens again ... I give the car gas and it cuts off ... I made it a block before I was able to get the car safely parked ... By now its pitched black and all I can do is scream into Tech Master's voicemail. The next morning I take a look under my car and there is a puddle of coolant that obviously some repair the mechanic has made was rushed (if you can believe an all day rush job) and not done properly.
So this Motley Crew sends a wrecker after we had a screaming match over the phone and now I am a week without a car and they are finding more and more issues to keep their cash register ringing ...
With no problems, I drove over 15 miles to have a weakened hose replaced. They have completely destroyed my vehicle and want me to believe that its my car's age that has allowed for such a drastic decline in its health.
In those many many hours of time spent in their waiting room watched them bait customers into their shop with the sign on their building advertising a 8.99 oil change. By the time those customers got to the register to cash out they were slapped in the face with a 26.64 bill for their oil change. I witnessed several customers get so irate that I thought that law enforcement would be called. The logic that Mr Leroy, the manager, fed to the angered customers was that this oil that they used was not bought in bulk. And when they don't buy the oil in bulk they can't give the customers the lower rate. None of that was mentioned prior to the service and it is not posted anywhere in the shop and their is no disclaimer on their outdoor sign selling their 8.99 service ... and the injustice of it all that is the same oil used both in bulk and non-bulk jobs.
Someone has to do something about this group!!!
