I received a damaged product. My first response from this vendor was:
"...these inks, they can literally be run over by a car and be fine."
Manufacturer recommendation, which I advised Justin Hustin of this company about, suggested that use of potentially damaged products may cause problems and/or damage to my new printer. The vendor subsequently offered to replace the ink cartridges :If you will be willing to remove the feedback, I can send you a refund."
When I stood by by complaint, the final response was:
"Ok, I'll take my 99.3%positive feedback and over 6, 700 happy customers."
In addition, the vendor attached a statement on there feedback page (which provides no rebuttal to) stating:
Customer is upset with because the carton, the cardboard, is crumpled. The ink is totally fine, sealed, not leaking. Refused to even try them to ensure that they work. One in every crowd I suppose." DDated: June 10, 2011
This is a completely FALSE STATEMENT and I have documentation to establish this!!!
