Be very wary of the "deals" listed on techliquidators.com
(1) they fail to state on the product detail pages that EVERYTHING they sell is sold AS-IS. If you buy items advertised as "Grade A" "Refurbished" "Fully Functional" and those products arrive to you and are all defective, there is NO RECOURSE, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Even after multiple requests, Techliquidators (AKA DealTree, AKA BestBuy) refuses to list this "AS IS" status on the product listings themselves. Instead, they bury them in their terms and conditions. If a product is sold with no warranty, it should be clearly labeled as such, not buried in 10 pages of terms and conditions. It seams pretty clear that Techliquidators does not list this AS-IS product condition on the products themselves in order to sell these items (auction format) for higher values than they would otherwise receive. We believe this is a clear case of false and misleading product advertising.
(2) Product manifest and quantities are not guaranteed. This means that if you buy 50 pieces of a product and you received 40 pieces - there is NO RECOURSE, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. On each product page, the company lists a manifest of the items being sold. Once again, instead of listing this very important fact on the product details page, it is buried in a Terms and conditions page.
Both of these issues artificially inflate the selling prices of items since they are not clearly listed on the product pages.
