I have been a member of Tech Credit Union for 5+ years. I have noticed that since last year (2008), I keep getting hit with NSF's every 2 weeks without fail. Here are the why's of it.

Tech CU claims that my direct deposit is not posted until 8 to 10 am when a human initiates it. On the website, it say's that when making recurring transfers, funds must be in the account by midnight on the date of said transfer. Why do you ask for the funds to be in the account when you don't make the transfer until later that day, my funds are waiting for the human to show up in this electronic age. Why promote direct deposit, when it is not direct nor deposited??????

Billpay is done around 1 to 2 am of the date of the Billpay that has been set up. Direct deposit is available and sent at midnight and yet it only appears when you get to it, when ever you feel like it. The recurring transfer does not happen until later that day. So what is the point of having a transfer set up when not all transfers and done equally, if it does not occur until later in the day and why is it that my husbands direct deposit happens at midnight? Both of these funds come from the very same company.

If I added up all the NSF fee's since 2008 it would be close to $1000.00 because it is $29.00 every time. I have the funds in the savings account, but alas after your six transfers they hit you with a NSF...is it me or do I see thieves????

Tech CU, I will be closing my account as soon as I open another account at another Bank or CU, you ask that members go paperless and yet when they do, it back fires.

I am so sick of calling you when you do this to me and yet I have no recourse...how very wrong you are. I will let everyone know that Tech CU is a bunch of thieves and no better than the Nigerian Scam Artists. You can't make up your mind about the recurring transfers which makes one think that you will be transferring the funds after midnight, not so.

Your(Tech CU) deceptive practices will be reported to the FTC and the every website you can think of. Did you seriously think that people would not catch on??? You are so wrong, and by the way Thank You for lowering my credit score!!! I will make it my mission to let everyone know that doing any type of business with you is just crazy and worthless.
