I placed an ordered online for a Nikon S550 that was supposed to come complete with memory card and battery. The first phone call I received I was told that I didn't order a memory card; they caught me off guard so I ordered the memory card. The second call I received from them they said I didn't order a battery and that I could order one for $59 or $79. I told them that when I placed my order online that it said it came with a memory card and battery. They said it did not. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they hung up on me. I called them back and said I wanted a confirmation number. They said they would send it to me in an e-mail and hung up on me again. I called them back and when I asked again for the cancellation confirmation number they hung up on me again. I had to call my credit card company to cancel my credit card so they could not charge my card. Beware ordering online; especially when they do not have an address on their website. This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

They try to get you to buy more with a simple purchase and add on hundreds of dollars. When I said I didn't want a nearly $200 battery, the guy said, "we're not talking about the battery anymore, we're talking about the ..." some other item. I said I've never dealt with such rude and aggressive salespeople before. He told me not to give him attitude or he'd cancel the order. I said GOOD! Cancel it!! Terrible experience. Don't shop with them!
