I purchased a Russel Hobbs baking machine and a deep fryer along with other equipment when I moved into my home last year. It is just over a year & both the baking macine and the deep fryer packed in. The store where i purchased this product will not take it back nor repair it as the guarantee has expired!!The base of the coffee grinder cracked and I sent it in to the company via clicks. they said that I should purchase a new one as they do not keep spare parts and cannot replace the base. I am very disappointed in this product.
