They did not send me the merchandise I paid for, and refused to give me any information about it.
DO NOT ORDER T-SHIRTS FROM TEESHIRTSROCK.COM. THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED. WHEN I EMAILED THEM TO PLEASE SEND ME THE SHIRTS, THEY THREATENED ME SAYING, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO HELP ME, AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION. THERE ARE MANY HONEST T-SHIRT COMPANIES ON-LINE THAT HAVE A BETTER SELECTION THAN THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.

Scammers
I placed and order for 1 Tee shirt from this website in late January. It is now late April and I have still not received my order. I have inquired several times and every time they tell me it should be shipped next week, as of today still nothing. The money was taken instantly and in my last email I asked for a refund and have not gotten a response of any kind. This is unacceptable, and makes me sick that ppl would do business like this. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I only saw all the bad reviews after my purchase was made, I won't make that mistake again.

misadvertised product
Ordered a sweatshirt, a long-sleeve t-shirt arrived. I complained and was told, "too bad" you should have read the actual description, which stated it fit like a t-shirt, not that it WAS a t-shirt. They do not actually provide refunds, only store credit. I will definitely read fine print for returns closer in the future.

scam
I orded 3 t shirts, paying thru paypal.com and never received them. I emailed them after a few weeks and was told items can 30 days to ship. After 30 days when I still did not receive anything I asked for a refund. After several back and forth emails with the owner, who was extremly rude, I was told the items were "backordered" and I could not receive a refund b/c at this time I opened a comlaint with paypal. I was told unless I removed my complaint I would not receive a refund. I was not about to remove the complaint as this was my only form of recourse. In the meantime I received one item, in the wrong size. And b/c he had record of a shipment sent to me paypal told me they could not do anything about it. I was out about $50. I them opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and only then did I finally receive a refund for the rest of the order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They run a fraudlant business!!!

Fake/Frauds
This company needs to be put out of business!!! I ordered a t-shirt in December 2009 for my husband so when he got back from Idaho he would have his favorite bands t-shirt for Christmas. The problem is, that it is now August 2010 and I haven't received my shirt or an email or anything! I have complained to them before when 3o days went by and no shirt. They told me it was on "backorder" and they did not know how long it was going to take for it to come in due to second party distributors or whatever. So realizing I was going to be dealing with a difficult and poorly ran company, I decided to wait for a miracle and see if my shirt would ever come. So of course it didn't and I emailed them about my order once more and now all of a sudden I don't even have an account under their website and no records of me ever buying anything from their website. I'm wondering how my account could have been erased, the only answer is them erasing it themselves. But I do have my bank statement proving that they took $26.00 out of my account. When telling them that I have proof that they took money from me and haven't delivered my shirt, they told me that they would look into it and issue me a store credit, doubting that I even purchased anything from them. I don't want a store credit that is probably fake and they will somehow say doesn't exist or something. Can't somebody put this company down!!!????? Isn't there something that can be done to sue these people! HELP!

another scammed and abused customer
This company is unbelievably deceptive and rude. I was naive enough to place a second order with them. The first order took months to receive after I had been charged for the "backordered items". The order was wrong when I received it but I kept it anyway. The second order was more of the same but when I finally received it, I got some child's teeshirt instead of an adult XL. After paying to ship it back, I never heard a word. When I started inquiring about my "store credit" which is what their order invoice states I would receive, they basically called me a liar and said they sent me a refund. Their responses were vague and rude. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Liars scam artists
I wish I looked into this company first ! I placed order on October 6, 2009 for 179.00 they gave me the option to rush deliver which I did. Now its Feb 3, 2010 almost 4 months later still dont have my merchandise. I emailed them they claimed they sent it out later in October. They use usps and therefore there is no way to track the merchadise. Then when I continued to question what was going on they emailed me saying I was probably a theif and was behaving as though I recieved the package and just wanted a refund. Giving every excuse In the book on why I didnt recieve an email confirming shipment they said I gave them the wrong email address when I know I didnt cause when I placed the order I got a confirmation reciept to my email address. They go through the "MY account" feature on their website and change your password so you cant access it but they send you emails saying just go in the my account feature. I never heard of a company treating customers like this I thought something was shady when they started calling me a theif then a googled theyre company name and fraud and I read a ton of stories on how they have screwed people. In my final email to the I wrote in big letters at the top whose the fraud now and pasted all the countless stories of the people they scammed. The email was returned to me and I havent been able to contact them any more. I just really want my money back I'm very upset that they have been able to get away with this for soo long dont know how they are still allowed to conduct buisness

Awful Company
I ordered a sweatshirt from their website however the item I received was not what I ordered. When I emailed the company the response that I got was that the hoodie I received was "similar" to the one in the photo on their website so basically all I can do is send it back but they will only issue a store credit. I have emailed repeatedly asking if they could just provide me with the hoodie pictured on the site but they keep dancing around the issue...I have asked for contact info and the name of a supervisor but that email has gone unanswered. All I expect to receive is the item in the picture but they are unable to produce and they keep stating that they do not issue refunds, even though they sent me an item different from the one I ordered. DO NOT order from Teeshirtsrock.com, the customer service is lousy...I guess it's obvious why they don't have any phone number listed anywhere that I could find so far.

Identical experience as described in all these complaint posts. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and urge anyone else to do the same at http://www.mybbb.org

The complaint form is easy and free to complete and submit. The branch assigned to handle my formal complaint is the BBB of Metro Washington DC & Eastern PA. The phone number for this branch is 202-393-8000.

I contacted my bank who is putting through a formal dispute on the charge with the bank of teeshirtsrock.com. I also emailed teeshirtsrock.com, and received back an emailed response which was beyond rude, almost threatening in tone. This is when I realized the matter needed to be handled by an authority.

HAve yet to recieve product
Ordered a $30 tshirt a month ahead of the birthday of a friend. No T shirt ever arrived (Although, of course, they charged my credit card)

Contacted the company via email. Here is the dialog, verbatim.

ME:
I ordered it nearly A MONTH ago – to ensure it would arrive in time for a friend’s birthday – which is TODAY. Guess what? It STILL isn’t here.

Good job. Now I have nothing for a birthday gift. Sooooooo very glad I gave YOU my business, considering how hard it is to find a company on the web that sells t-shirts.

Feel free to refund any or all of the $27 dollars I paid your organization for a product that I still don’t have.

I’ll be waiting for your explanation.

THEM: This shipped on the 11th of August. Can you confirm the shipping address without the attitude please

ME: So, I’m curious…. If it shipped on the 11th as you claim, why:
A. Has it not arrived, and
B. did I get the email pasted below a mere 6 days ago saying that it was ready to ship?

My attitude is completely justified, given the absurdity of the situation. I’d like to know specifically how you plan to rectify.

Attitude is not justified and does not help things. Quite frankly its not absurd. Mail gets lost or misplaced often. Acting like a grown up would work much better. We plan on filing claim with USPS (as we speak) and if lost reship another.

I'd like a refund. You've failed to deliver. Period. I don't buy your explanation that you have "no idea" why I received a message 6 days ago telling me that my order is Ready to ship. (As opposed to having been shipped 20+ days ago as you claim) I suspect it's still sitting there, with a "ready to ship" status. I now have to go get another gift for a party this evening, so you're costing me more time, more money, and your defensive and combatative attitude toward your customers is appalling.

THEM:
We do not issue refunds and we ship orders out within 30 days as stated. It has not even been 30 days. Your behavior is appauling. A replacement has been sent.
