Scam and cheating
I paid for nearly $50 for a bruce lee hat to be expedited for father's day of this yr and I haven't even received it! I can't even check the damn status of the order! I first time I emailed them to ask if they have shipped the order yet they said they sent out an email to let me know the item was back ordered. I never got that email! Since July I've been emailing them every few weeks but never get a response! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

SCAM LIARS CHEATS

This company has virtually no stock of anything. They take your order, take your money, make you wait months then inform you that 90% of your order is "backordered" Yes, I got a refund but they had my money for 47 days, took 52 days to receive 2 shirts out of 7 that I ordered!!

They have website that looks legit, even a "Live Chat" window.
THE LIVE CHAT WINDOW IS ALWAYS OFFLINE.

The "owner" emailed me after I questioned the time of delivery, he called me stupid, told me I must not be able to read and that I was a moron!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Terrible Company
Avoid these guys. I ordered wholesale from this company for my store. The order took FOREVER. I only ordered shirts which were listed as being in stock on their site. I ordered weeks before Christmas and didn't receive it until after. I only received a partial order and was told that the other shirts were "backordered' and I was being charged for them as well!!! I've had a retail store for nearly 20 years and NO OTHER COMPANY has this policy. It is illegal and unethical to charge for items which are not delivered. I contacted them and they couldn't have been nastier. They kept repeating that their policy clearly states that they charge for items on backorder ... which is insane. When I told them that I was calling my credit card company and a lawyer they finally refunded the money. I don't know what they are thinking! Do they really want to have a business? If so they had better take a course in customer service and ethical behavior.

SLOW & RUDE & NOW UNAVAILABLE
I was beyond cool, beyond patient and now I'm beyond PISSED! Do not use this company if you appreciate timely customer service, business appreciation or products that you ordered. I'm in sales and I've never seen anything like this. I spent $89 bucks with this company and was treated like a pile.

I placed my order on 12/4/08 and figured that would be plenty of time for a holiday delivery since they use UPS for shipping. I contacted them on 12/14 and 12/24 with friendly emails and a gentle follow up (I was STOKED to have found the items I did for my musician hubby, and was excited to receive for Christmas). I also tried to call their (215) # in PA to follow up, figuring, yea, holiday rush, no biggie. Their phone says they aren't taking calls after 12:00 PST (I'm in CA...my 9:30 a.m call was too late). So, on 12/26 I'm frustrated and I sent a PLEASE RESPOND NOW email w/ some frustrations, a mention of Customer Service... that is what it took to send me an email that says WE ALREADY RESPONDED... and the product has shipped. LIE, I had no response, but still, was excited to have at least a New Years awesome gift for hubby!!! I was hot... this morn, 12/29, I check my bank acct and I have a refund for what appears to be 2 out of 4 shirts purchased from TeeShirtsRock. I send an email that asks why he didn't tell me 2 shirts were not available when he responded to my email. I CALL on my way to work, 7 a.m PST, and there machine says they aren't taking calls for the holiday rush after 12:00 EST... but it's before 12!!! I call a few more times... no response. Finally, I just get an email that says,

They charge what they claim to be backorderdered and never deliver!
Me too have been charged the day I posted the order and I have been waiting for 3 months for the order to ship! Needless to say nothing has shipped yet!

They never send any update or anything; I have to contact them asking them about status at times and they keep postponing shipping date. The only email I ever got from their side originally was the charge confirmation!

After 2 1/2 months I asked them to refund and didn't get any response. They don't reply to emails. One has to insist and try again and again.

Today I quit all pleasantries and they replied suggesting that I start acting like an adult and tell them what the problem is. It's hard for them to ever read the subject line that refers to the order number or scroll in an email message to see what's been going on with the mulptile messages! Instead of checking the order status they try to win time and somewhat bully you!

Don't order from them! I ordered a common tshirt that they claim to always be in backorder.

And who cares about them moving out etc and all these indifferent excuses they provided here? We pay, this is not charity! Give us what we paid for and save the rest for your therapist!

Worst customer service ever
Back in early December I ordered a track jacket for my husband from this company. It took more than their 20 days to get to me and I never got a response to any of my e-mails asking where my order was. When I finally received the item it was basically a cheap knock-off of the shirt I saw online and it was totally different than the one they had advertised. So, I sent it back.

I contacted them asking for a Return code and never received it for about a week or so. Finally when I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau I received the rudest e-mail ever stating that they "allready sent this" and they are "not sure what else I want from them" , and to "check my e-mail".

Then, I was promised no more than 5 days to receive my store credit. I sent two e-mails asking how my store credit was coming along in the course of two weeks. Of course, I never received a response. So, I sent them a small claims court threat and once again received an extremely rude e-mail that said they "allready sent this" and "rather than blaming us, why don't you check your e-mail" I am appalled by their lack of customer service and on top of that they only way to get a response out of them is to threaten them. NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. I would strongly recommend you don't either.

Fraudulent company
To whom it may concern,

On nov.15, i placed an order (#6497) in the amount of $50.99, on line through paypal for 2 tshirts that i hoped to have delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I have been billed for the order, yet it appears the order has never been shipped. After several attempts by, email, over several weeks the company has made no effort to respond in any way at all to inquiries--which makes the matter appear worse than simply a later than expected shipment. Additionally, the last attempt today to send an email and check on the order, resulted in an inability to access through the password i'd been using. When i tried to have the password send to me, after two tries, there still has not been any contact. This starts to appear like a fraudulent company that takes money for products it doesn't ship and then makes contact with the company impossible. Is there anything anyone can do to help resolve this matter. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
